I know that she's 15 at the time, but she appears as Queen in Dream. That one has a bit more wiggle room for interpretation, but what I was mostly referring to was ep 1 of Infinity having NQS be on model whilst the opening itself had her hair color wrong and later on in the season they just stuck a crown on Princess Serenity's form and called it a day.
Yes, I know the Season 3 errors. But I won't see it as problem if she is blonde during the coronation as she is technically still Usagi. If tey show QS in the flashback blonde that would be terrible. But it won't be in part 1 anyway. So we won't be sure anytime soon.

Considering the fact Doremi is going to be out in May and still has no trailer, I started to doubt we are getting one for the anniversary in February. Do you still think we can get something Eternal related? Like additional voice cast. Actual character designs for the senshi and for the rest of the main cast for the first part. Mamoru, Pegasus, the Trio, Luna, Artemis, Diana. We never got the Season 3 character sheets published on the site. But I hope once they announce the voice cast they will show art of the new characters. At the very least we deserve a magazine spread, but knowing the fact magazines are ready a month in advance in Japan there should have been some leaks by now.

That's the anniversary of the 1st episode of the 90s anime, which happened on march 7 in 1992.
I do believe we will get some sort of information and imagery, but I expect the real trailer only on 30th of june, unfortunately. maybe, and I think they should, they will release a real teaser before. I don't even want to call the official teaser a teaser, because it only shows some character art, the name and a vague release date. And since the project has already its own website, I hope they'll feed it from time to time.
I also guess, the marketing for a theatrical movie works differently from a tv series. but toei is toei, right?

May 15 is the opening day of another anime movie, whereas the expo will be open to the public on Mar. 21 & 22, according to its official site. So we'll get something, whether new/substantial or not, on those two days.
