Season 4 movies update: Sailor Moon Eternal - Delayed to 2021 (Part 1 on January 8th & Part 2 on February 11th)

The Crystal logo was added in by the uploader, the previous videos that got removed didn't have it.

The song though is a huge red flag considering everyone has been using the Momoiro Clover Z version since the start of this revival (not counting Bamco & Japanese Sailor Moon Drops), then you look at some of the clips clearly being from season 3 but retouched and then the Kotono narration being the same as the last trailer except the last bit which could be from somewhere else.

I'm just hoping Moon Gorgeous Meditation won't take like forever. It was fine when it was first used without doing too much poses. I mean has to summon a flying horse first.

Haven't seen this questionable footage but did Moon Gorgeous Meditation took forever? And must and be so dependent on Pegasus? I hope not this time.

There's also talk about 's Love and Beauty Shock still being a chain of hearts when its supposed to be a chain of golden flowers just like in the manga.

Well, if it is not actual fooage... Why would Toei try to take it down from everywhere? Of course it is no a finished trailer and the person who uploaded it have added the beginning, this looks quite good to be fake. Of course there are a lot of people with many talents but we don't even have a lot of fan art for Eternal. Plus Toei don't usually take down fanmade attacks and stuff.

JunoDX When I say derpy, do not mean there won't be derpy faces in the films. In my opinion there is smething derpy in the designs of season 3 in general and this is derp is what is gone now. But still this might end up being fake, although I am 90 percent sure the footage is legit.

I like how expressive and dynamic SuperS looks, the animators knew how to play with the perspective + the music and choreography are amazing. And look at the details of the kaleidomoon-scope, you can almost feel the hardness of the material. Eternal looks once again weaker. Maybe it will look more fluid though.

Well, I prefer S3 in some ways, because they look older and more elegant. Chibiusa looks better in the Eternal version, and Makoto looks fine too. But Rei and Ami look a bit derpy. I already miss Ami and Rei from the official teaser...

These comparisons are interesting. They look almost nothing like the last picture. However I will say that in the last picture they look very unique in their designs.

Also in the Crystal movie version of the Gorgeous Meditation attack. Is that a second Kaleidoscope, possibly Chibi Moon's right above her head to the left of the timestamp? I wonder how this scene is gonna play out compared to the original.

I can say that the 90s version looks a lot more "refined" than the Crystal movie version. Something about how it's drawn makes it look a bit more sophisticated.

I do like how the Crystal version of the scope has some sort of ethereal feel in the actual material. I don't like the top part of it though. Either way the Crystal version still looks "magical" almost dreamy compared to the original imo. Honestly, if they made a toy if it, I would but it, no lie.

But I'm wondering why the wings are out already on the scope compared to the 90s. I hope they have something similar since I actually like that part when the wings pooped out..lol

They look much better in the second group portrait compared to Season III. Their hair colors seem to be better too. I'm not a world class animator or whatever but the movie version looks much better to me. In Season III, Rei's eyes are eating her face and Ami might as well have on an eye-patch. I think the movie version fixes things better. Chibi USA looks much better in the movie shot too.

Also, does this mean that Mini-Pony we saw is going to be the actual Pegasus used in the movie? My Little Pony...My Little Pony....

I think the animation will be a lot smoother for sure... They can still fix things if needed I'm sure... All I'm curious about now is the story pacing.

I vastly prefer the new take on the hanging out scene for the girls. Ami looks quite bad in the S3 frame and Makoto and Rei look like frogs, the whole plastic feel is gone with the removal of the terrible bubbles on hair. Keep in mind a lot of the fine detailes are blurred due to the bad quality. Rei especially looks much better without the 5 cm dash they plastered on her mouth in Season 3. 90s looks better and once again it is mostly due to the hand drawn techniques used and mostly the coloring. If you take the same frame from the 90s and digipaint it or recreate it with current techiques, it will look incredibly flat, the way Marco Albiero art does.

I am not against a smaller Oegasus and younger Helios. It will make the whole love story much less awkward.

Why anyway the decision to make everyone look so young? They are supposed to look older because they ARE older lol

That winking looks too good to be fan made and looks like it was made for 4K.

Even an experienced animator like Rudolph Pap wasn't that clean.

Also hoping that's 's new Aqua Rhapsody. I find that the most boring of all attacks for the 90's. She doesn't do anything other than float and play that harp. Hopefully this time it will have musical notes with sparkling snowflakes and ripples of water. Kinda like how Melodia or Bluegrass does in Silverhawks.

I hope they give us the manga attacs sonewhat combined. VENUS and her rose whip.

It is obviously NOT fanmade, not just because of the typical Crystal style and the level of animation, but also because of the typical Toei flaws. PLUS they put it down immediately, which wouldn't happen if it was fanmade. As far as I understood, it is material that Toei gave that company that already created trailers for them in the past. I hope this material is unfinished beta snippets and that they will fix a lot of faces and backgrounds. Who knows, maybe Toei released it on purpose as a leak, to check the reactions. Does anyone know how the japanese fans reacted and what opinions do they have?

Yes, if they combine the manga attacks with the 90s attack, I would be pleased. But I don't see that coming, lol.

it seems to me too. They may have wanted to learn the reaction of the fans before share the original trailer. So they gave some incomplete leak scenes and they will make some corrections based on fans’ reactions. Who knows?

i like your SMC-Eternal inspired avatar. This looks like a mix between Naoko, Sakou and Tadano.

You can tell it's real because the effects on Flame Sniper and Gorgeous Meditation are way too detailed to be done by a fan. If it was all a fake, you would think this talented fan would have made the rest of the trailer look convincing considering how much effort they put in the animation. It's clear that they somehow got raw footage with no audio, and just spliced it together.

Regarding the attacks. You can already tell it's going to be a blend between the '90s anime sequences with the manga's weapons. It's very hard to see but Mercury is grasping an actual harp in her attack, Mars' bow is an actual bow and Jupiter has the leaves of oak on her head. I'm assuming Venus will use an actual whip.

I found this fanmade art from a great artist on Twitter, his name is SailorCrisis. He/she drew all inner senshies by referring to Eternal designs and I liked this designs very much. Especially Venus.

Really? I don't see that. Could you post screenshots and explain? I'd love if we'll see them use actual weapons, like in PGSM.
