A few more examples of the color manga being a bit more cropped than the Eternal Edition:

Yeah it's all relatively minor, and 80-90% of the time the color manga is less cropped, but it's still irritating. There's no reason for there to be any cropping since this is a digital release. Hopefully the print version (if/when there is one) will be uncropped.

I realize this isn't what we're talking about but I like how it's written like make UUUUUUP in the katakana haha. Something about that detail really helps you 'hear' it

Man, I reeeeeeally never cared for Naoko's style of faraway shots of people with no eyes, and the color only makes that aspect even more egregious.

Yeah it jumps out a lot more when it's in colour. Too bad some details like that weren't added in for the colour edition.

I feel if there were more backgrounds those types of things wouldn't be as much of an issue because there's more things to look at, but most of her panels are either white or just have screentone so the characters are basically all you're looking at so it becomes glaringly noticeable if they don't have facial features and such.

I do not find anything about it jarring. I cannot stop go through the pages and over again and just giggle like mad. They really go strong with the Prism and Rainbow theme, I wish Crystal was like this. It works so well and gives so much dynamic. I wonder if mama Ikuko show up in Crystal, would they change her hair color as well to brown like in the manga? I mean they have made Luna blu eyed 3 seasons later. If this version was available earlier I guess the hair and eye colors would have been more consistent. It is too bad the image is cropped, but I do not see it as such a big deal.

I love the rainbows too. I always wondered why it was moon "prism," so seeing an actual prism effect now is awesome

Yes, and it is all over it. The rainbow shading is to die for. Eternal tried it for the key visual and it really gives the manga feel. Sadly everything we got after has been a letdown. Glad we got this colorful version so we can experience the manga in such a cool way. I hope they do Sailor V as well, althoughI am sure it is a given. And finally Naoko, misding legs or not, give us new Sailor V covers!

The possibility is very low but I still hope so.

I think they will probably skip a month as they released two books at once. The important thing is to keep up the good work. I wish we had some schedule confirmed, but oh well.

I suspect they bumped the release date up at the last minute so they'd have something to give fans since the movie got pushed back. This would explain the abruptness of the announcement and the lack of promo. I feel like we may have to wait a while for volume 3, but as long as the quality is good, I'll be happy. (Just stop needlessly cropping the pages!)

I tried to be precise... Мy grape with it is inconsistent double pages. Some are done perfectly, others very lazily merged... You are coloring it, you can as well draw a few lines to make it complete.

And I agree: They could do a much better job handling the double page spreads. There's no reason for there to be gaps in these images. Even if Naoko drew some of them on separate pages so that there aren't original complete images, filling in the missing bits shouldn't be an issue, but that kind of goes for the digital version of the EE too.

Yes, but this is color version, if you can do that you can also draw the missing lines, yes some of them are a bit more spread ones but the easier ones.

I bet they are going to release a DVD & Blu-ray with the colored pages of the manga slightly animated and with the story narrated by a team of voice actors. Just wait.

This would acrually be great. I could totally enjoy it.

So like...a color version of the Moon Prism Box feature from the old website? I wouldn't hate that.

Naoko is probably stressed to this day, whenever she remembers she could put a price tag on each volume instead of releasing everything fro free.
