I think that's something that the fanbase made up under the assumption that it would be so. So far, there is no contradictory evidence to state otherwise.

Manga Usagi was more serious as time went on. She actually grew into her role much more so than Anime Usagi. Anime Usagi was a general goofball. She had her serious moments, yes, but overall she was goofy and childish throughout the series.

If any attack could stand to be renamed or redone, I think Uranus's should at least be taken into consideration. Her attacks, especially World Shaking, confuse the audience into thinking she holds the power over the element of earth. But meh, its not really up to me now, is it? =^_^=

If Usagi is old enough to date at 14, then Chibiusa should be able to date Helios/Horse Boy at 12. :o That's my headcanon. :tongue:
