In the original, Steering didn't say anything other than scream pre-Lovely. She also didn't make that many vroom-vroom noises in general from what I remember.

Didn't Nekonneru say "Neru" before she said "Lovely" anyway in the original? Or do you mean she said "Lovely-Meow" in the dub? That seems a bit... on the nose to me.
