Someday in the future, I eventually wanna cosplay as Princess Serenity. Though I wanna cosplay in her Manga/Crystal dress, but wear manga NQS's tiara and keep her as blonde. So, how do you go about cosplaying your favorite character if you're a beginner and have no sewing experience? Also, I have glasses and hazel eyes and I don't wanna use contacts for cosplay. How do you find a good wig, dress, accessories, and shoes? And how do you do the crescent moon on your forehead thingy?

there is diffrent kinds of wigs. the cheaply made halloween ones. these ones are not as nice and tangle easy. then we have higher ended wigs and wigs made of real hair. the later two cost more. also here is dyeing your hair (there is temp dye) and using kanekalon-jumbo-braid. it's a cheap way to add hair to your style. i used it for my Leia buns. depending on your normal hair length, use your hair to make the buns and use the braid hair for the part that hangs down. or don't dye your hair and it could be like PGSM

as for a dress. there is Halloween custom. but again those are cheaply made and the cost is alot for how cheap it is. places like E-bay or ESTY, you can find people who make dress for that charater. they are often custom made, so you can get it the right size. I did this for my Anna dress. but it was 130.00 for the dress. but its a huge dress, so it;s wroth it because it's a high quality

or you can do closet cosplay. for my Leia outfit, i found a skirt and top that looked sort of like the dress.

as for Shoes, a long dress would cover then, so normal heels should do. jewelry, you could use a pearl bracelet. there is SM jewelry being made. or again ESTY or Ebay.

as for the moon on the forhead. there is using face paint. taking a moon jewel and using skin safe glue to put it on.

you don't need to worry about glasses or your eyes not the same color. cosplay is about having fun, it dose not have to be 100% accurate.

Thanks Swifty, I'll be sure to get some face paint to do the crescent moon on my forehead. I have the shoes, a bracelet, earrings, and a tiara, I just need the wig I saw at Savers and an old wedding dress to complete the costume.
