You're 19? Nah that's not too old to watch this, heck I'm 17. I know there are some older people who watch this as well.
Hey, I'm 25, and I know people twenty years older than me who watch Sailor Moon.

I imagine that more than half of the fanbase of PGSM (and BSSM, for that matter) are over 20 and/or male. I mean, they didn't throw in all those panty shots for the ladies, if ya know what I mean.

I'm 19 too. Yes, I did notice the song sounded like "Sailor V". Is it French by the way?
Yes. "C'est la vie" means "that's life" in French.

To prevent from digressing, I'm also 19, but male. And though I don't mind the panty shoes, I more or less don't pay attention to it in general; it just distorts my view of PGSM as a great show. Nevertheless, I do like girls. ^_^

It's kinda funny if you think about it, she's singing "This warm feeling is that's life (c'est la vie)" :lol:
I guess there's more than just engrish . So what should we call that? flench?
(I hope that sounded like a joke and not an obnoxious insult.)

Funny thing is, I learned about C'est la Vie/Sailor-V on the Sailor Senshi page, then forgot about it, heard the song, thought hey that's like Sailor-V! then went to the website again and remembered I found out that I already knew that. ^^;

I'm 17, b/ I've loved Sailormoon since I was 11/12. I guess that's the way it started out for most of us, especially since the show started years ago, and the manga even earlier than that. I guess it's sorta similar to people and batman, b/ not really I guess since some adults start liking it as adults. eh, oh well, the moral is I like Sailormoon

Their children's shows are just more sophisticated than our children shows :P But I mean, really, just because something is categorized as a children's show doesn't mean it doesn't have good qualities.

Take ReBoot for example. I loved that show.

But on another note, When I mentioned to a japanese girl I met that I was into live action sailor moon, she said, "I stopped watching that, like 5 years ago." implying that I should be too old and wise to enjoy it now.

Well sorry! :roll:

ReBoot is awesome! Damn cliff hangers over and over when they actually had an ongoing plot. A lot of jokes little kids wouldn't get, when they started to reshow it there are a lot of jokes that only say adults would catch that and computer geeks. I'm kinda technologically inept but I know my way around.

Anyway I guess if you like a show not aimed at your age you shouldn't be ridiculed unless you obsess over it. There's this one guy that's a friend of my sister's his like 25 and he like religiously watches Pokemon.
