Clarification on future inner senshi and future

I had an image of the inner senshi of what appears to be in the future with neo queen serenity and King endyomion:

So I just wanted to ask
Is their future adult selves
Like neo queen serenity, did they stop aging as they don't seem different from present day or something as her or like after the finale?
Where are the outer senshi?

That's actually the back tails part of his jacket. But he does look like that at 1st glance. lol Anyway, his head is much too small.

If you look closely, there are some very subtle differences between the "present day" Sailor Senshi and the "30th century" Sailor Senshi.

The side shots of Chibi-Usa in this episode tell it all. Chibi-Usa is usually around waist-high for the heroes, but she is a pint-sized child when compared to the future characters.

Where are the outer senshi?

Out-of universe. they hadn't been introduced in the anime. In-universe, they likely aren't around since they have their own, separate mission.

Aside from the fact that there is inconsistency among animators, that screenshot was from Sailor Moon S. It is very apparent that for Chibi-Usa some time has passed and that the Small Lady/Chibi-Usa of S and beyond is taller and older than she was in R. If you compare a shot of Chibi-Usa from R next to an adult and then in S/SuperS, she is a head taller (her head reaches their waists now) and her proportions are also less childlike.

and second, so do the inner senshi change in appearance or not?
What about inconsistent animators?

What about this image in crystal, is it the future or not cuz they look the same

Crystal is different from the original anime...but it's also supposed to be truer to the source manga. While theoretically, they are supposed to have their aging stopped as of the age of 22, for some reason they're visually portrayed as not aging since being teenagers. So maybe I'm wrong.

In the 90's anime, this would be their adult selves. They probably stop aging when they reach a certain age. As for the outer senshi .Keep in mind logically they were not created yet for this picture . Even then they would have their own planets and spots. They would not be part of the regular group.
