I also like the idea that Usagi’s DNA is not exactly the same as Princess Serenity’s from Silver Millennium. After all, they have different parents.
I think all of them look exactly as their past self, but the princess hair was silver because she was a moon royalty, while Usagi is technically not, plus they said the princess had her hair way longer. So there are some minor differences. That is why when Usagi becomes NQS she gets her silver hair again. Chibi Usa is different and has pink instead of silver hair because she was not created in the same way as Princess Serenity.

I've yet to even start collecting any of the Eternal Editions, so if there's word of an English version of this one, I my just skip the Eternal Editions altogether since I'm running out of bookshelf space as it is.

That's why they have to slow down the release of color manga. Haha... :wow: I'm not sure when the next volume will come out.

Japan already finished their version of Eternal ages ago, haven't they? Can't imagine Eternal would slow down the colour edition, wouldn't they just hold out on licensing it out if anything?

It's just my opinion, but they may be worried people would stop buying B & W kanzenban and save bucks for color manga.
At least it's my case. I can buy Japanese B & W kanzenban, but I didn't and just ordered color manga, with a much lower price.

You are overthinking it. People never stopped Shinsoban when Kanzenban became a thing in Japan and it took them 5 years to do so. I think they just released 2 volumes and they might not release vol. 3 this month. They never announced any schedule and if they were so worried they wouldn't have released the first 2 volumes. It might take a while, but this is immense amount of work, so I don't expect them to rush the release.

While comparing the color release to the Eternal Edition release, I noticed that some pages don't seem to be cropped the same way, and the same goes when comparing these pages to the shinsoban edition. (Though MissDream's scans don't match my copies of the Japanese shinsoban, so some of the differences in cropping would seem to be a printing issue, but since the color and eternal editions are both digital, that shouldn't be an issue there.)

Here are some examples from Act 11:

Shinsoban > Eternal > All Color

Eternal > All Color

Eternal > All Color

I think I've figured out what the next re-release of the manga will be: the Full Picture Edition!:googly::supercry:

Sigh. I don't understand why they would crop it in the first place and choose to have less artwork in a freaking manga. There's no rhyme or reason to this. I feel...exhausted.
lol MementoNepenthe has already mentioned the reason.

I will say that the color edition overall seems to be less cropped than the eternal edition, but it's still not the full artwork so... I feel your exhaustion.

Forgot to point out that the color edition also omits all the chibi illustrations from the margins (which themselves replaced Naoko's author notes and side comics from the tankoban), leaving them blank space instead.
Yes, but on some of the pages in vol 2 they put some, of course in black and white.
