So I bought an iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil and did an drawing of "Celestial Sailor Mercury" which is indeed an upgraded form of Eternal Sailor Mercury. and more powerful too since the Inners and Outers didn't do [BLEEP] when they were in their Eternal forms in the manga...

I'm still colouring in and also cleaning the picture after I'm finished. Here is a preview of what I have so far.

I have changed her bow so all the Celestial bows will look similar to their prototype forms in Naoko's drawing of the senshi.

Wow! That's fantastic. I love the detail you put into this and the design is excellent, I especially love the tiara, the collar and the sleeves. Very original design.
