So Toei kept the master tapes for The White Snake, a movie from 1961 and have done 4k remaster for it, and yet they claim they have lost film for a tv show from 1992. I really don't believe it. And these upscale blu rays take like ages to be released and it is not justified. They didn't even color corrected it. I cannot believe this studio.

Bad comparison because that's a movie and they have almost always given HD film scans to them.

Mazinger Z's remaster from last year is still the biggest example of their BS because that show is from 1972, is 92 episodes long and yet they went and used the film negatives for it's remaster....meanwhile Devilman, also from 1972 and 39 episodes long, was upscaled for it's 2015 Blu-ray Box (also the same year that Sailor Moon's upscaled HD broadcast was happening).
