When Usagi wakes up in bed with Mamoru after defeating Galaxia is it implied that Mamoru and Usagi had done the deed and that explains how she's pregnant with Chibiusa at the wedding? Also, is she 22 or 16 at the end of the manga? If she's 22 what happened after defeating Galaxia when she was 16? Was there a time skip to her at age 22? Also, since she's wearing NQS's tiara at the wedding is she already queen?

My interpretation is that there was a time jump and she's 22 at the end. I don't know if she's queen yet or not though, but even if she isn't, she will be soon enough, so doesn't it really matter?

At age 22, she will retain her youth and stop aging biologically. I always thought that was the coolest part.

As far as I am conserned she did the deed way back in act 19. Later on she did say she was in a pure relationship, but I think she meant something more on the line with committed and safe one. I think there was a time jump, because she should have hiven birth to Chibi Usa at the age of 20-,21 and she says she feels the new star is growing inside. I don't think it has ever been stated whether she became queen before or after having Chibi Usa.

the coronation to king and queen occurs at the end of the fourth arc when they are all gathered. Probably the lapse of time between the events of the last battle and the day of marriage was derived from the time in which they were inside cauldron (we do not know how much time has elapsed before they gathered inside it) and that spent since returning to their lives on earth.
