As did I, I also made her into a Sailor Sedna though my conception of her is very different from yours.
If I had control over the 90s anime and whatever possible future continuations I would have Ami get with Urawa, Rei with Yuuichirou, Makoto with Asanuma (I loved their manga storyline and I liked him with her over Shinozaki so I would basically have them interact and get together based off their time together in the Black Moon arc manga, I actually put him with Tomoko Takase from SuperS though) and Minako with Ace (I would also do a Codename Sailor V adaptation for the 90s anime and eventually bring back Ace as a love interest for Minako I would probably tweak the ending of Codename Sailor V from the manga as well) I also thought that Professor Tomoe would be a good love interest for Setsuna. I know they never interacted but I thought it would be sweet. I had this idea of Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna all moving in with Souichi and helping him raise Hotaru and then eventually Setsuna and Souichi would warm up to each other and get together. As for Hotaru I honestly think it would be cool if she got with Perle. If I had done SuperS I would have had the Outers to come back and get their Super forms in that season and as for the movie I would have had Hotaru to have the romance with Perle not Chibiusa who should be with Helios.
I would also have these guys to become regular characters.

I'm not sure if this counts but I would have liked to have seen more of Minako as Sailor V. They made such a big deal about Sailor V in the first season but they only show Minako in her Sailor V for like a few episodes. Then it seems like the public forgets about Sailor V completely after the Doom Tree arc even though she used to be supposedly really popular. They could have had Minako appear in her Sailor V form and help Usagi out a few times like they did in PGSM or something. I also would have loved to have seen more of Haruna. She deserved at least a farewell episode or something. I would have loved to her reaction to Usagi finally graduating and Haruna congratulating Usagi. I also wish we could have gotten to see more of Usagi's unnamed friends in the first season. They show up a lot in that very first arc and seem pretty close to Usagi and Naru, but just completely vanish without any mention after Jadeite is defeated even though I thought they were cute and funny.
