I have always wondered what would SM be like if it was shounen. I mean the main characters woud still be girls but they would travel around the world, completeing quests or solving mysteries and then finally fighting against the main villian. I imagine it being kinda like manga's arcs but with more world travelling, adventures, nakama power and many more arcs. I can totally imagine the countless epic battles
It would be awesome if they do that with ChibiMoon and her senshi team after Crystal ends, but this will never happen.
Play Diablo 2 as a sorceress.

Play Dungeon Siege as a female combat mage.

THERE.

Actually, my current team sessions in d2 are almost sailor moon-like.

- A "Scooby-Doo" type show where the girls travel the world solving mysteries, paranormal or otherwise.
A la "Sailor Busters"? :D
I would definitely watch it!

This makes me want to watch a version of Sailor Moon told from the POV of someone who doesn't know the senshi's civilian identities. (Maybe a political intern? Or even a high school student across the city or country)
That way, we could get a good glimpse of what the public's opinion on each unfolding event really is. Both the good and the bad.

A simple scene like this one would've lasted a whole episode.

Imagine :setsuna: abusing all her time base abilities while :usagi:, :tuxspeedomask:, :minako:, :luna: and :artemis: doing all they can to survive.

I was thinking today about how an educational Sailor Moon show might be fun (something in the vein of PBS Kids' WordGirl). Each episode could comprise two 11 minute segments that teach a different lesson depending on who the focal Sailor is. (For example, there could be an episode where Mako takes the other girls camping and teaches them and the viewer about how to go camping and about respecting nature.)

Obviously the show would be called Sailor Moon Says.

Y'all better stop coming for Tuxedo Kamen like that. Y'all know he can teach the kids how to do puns in a variety of situations (even if they don't make sense.)

If you parents say you can't have any more cookies you give them a speech to confuse them and take the cookie and run. :creeper:

- A variety show consisting of musical performances from Minako and Michiru (and possibly the Three Lights), cooking segments hosted by Makoto, horoscopes/predictions from Rei, a science corner hosted by Ami and Setsuna, and various skits featuring the other characters
How about a compilation of skits ala Fate series Carnival Phantasm?

^^^

The idea of a "Sailor V: Noir" sounds amazing!
Codename: Sailor V as seen by Hikaru. And maybe with an explanation of where she and Amano are during Sailor Moon.
I think any kind of Sailor V prequel would be more than welcome.

:minako: would teach about music
And English, as she's the best speaker. And fitness, as she's the best trained (though the old anime was prone to skip it in favor of Makoto's more impressive-looking Japanese traditional training, Minako's western-style training gave her the ability to outrun a car while low on blood and without a Pure Heart Crystal). And who knows what else-that woman has an immense array of skills.

Tuxedo: Only on the CW.
"My name is Mamoru Chiba. After nine years of amnesia, I have arrived at Juban-Azabu with one goal: recover my memories. Finding the truth about the Moon Princess and her legendary Silver Crystal that appeared in my dreams may lead me to that goal. But in order to do that, I must become...someone else. I must become....something else."
Or
Unofficial Guardians Ten-Ohger:
"The Four Heavenly Kings become a Super Sentai team....like Akibaranger. Yes, it's going to be a parody. Expect these guys to deal with things like working at a pet shop and the perils of local government bureaucracy (poor Jadeite) when starting a business alongside the usual monsters the tokusatsu genre is known for."

The Inners dressed up in orthodox sentai but sailor-themed costumes in a new sentai show titled "Sailoranger," which'd be the very 1st sentai show featuring an all-female sentai & a female giant robot. (PGSM wouldn't be an orthodox sentai show, if it could be considered as a sentai show at all.)

Well, if we're going the CW "Arrowverse" route with Tuxedo, they can make Sailor V TV series, Codename: Sailor V, and expand on Minako's character, before she joins the rest of the senshi, with numerous crossovers with Tuxedo Mask. Then, Sailor Moon starts up a few seasons after Sailor V, and expand the universe to new levels, much like the Arrowverse. Think PGSM, but main antagonists come in every 26-52 episodes, or every 1-2 seasons...then comes who'll be the main villain after the Sailor Stars arc.

It would also mean spinoff shows that'll kick off, like Star Lights (the story of how the Star Lights are born), and Silver Millenium (the origin story of the Senshiverse).

Not really a different genre, but an anime titled "Pretty Soldier Tuxedo Moon," w/ "Sailor Mask" as the only male main character - now imagine how he & the "Tuxedo Senshi" would look in it. :D
