The United States, but I'm a combo of Scottish, Welsh, English, Irish, and French descent.

I've seen some. I LOVE some voices, HATE others (this goes for the English version too), but the story and writing is MUCH better!

- Which Sailor Senshi or other character you are most like?

Probably Venus. I'm a little clumsy, lazy, occasionally energetic, though I get much better grades than her! I also relate to Usagi with her complaints of school, waking up, overwhelming stress, etc.

- If you are a guy, why do you like Sailor Moon?

There's something about an action-packed animated series about a bunch of ass-kicking girls that I just love. I also relate more to female protagonists. I don't know why. The series also has a LOT of depth. The characters are much more well-rounded and interesting than a show like, say, Ronin Warriors. We also care about the Guardians are their struggle with life and battling the forces of evil. In short, I love Sailor Moon for the same reason I love shows like Powerpuff Girls, Totally Spies, and Tokyo Mew Mew.

- Manga or Anime?

Anime. I love comics, but overall, I prefer to watch a series if possible. I do love reading the manga though!

- Favorite Sailor Senshi and why?

I like Sailor Mars and Sailor Venus. Sailor Mars is red hot. She's tough, she doesn't put of with BS, she can really stand on her own independently. She's also spunky. I like Venus because of her cute chipper personality. She's very likable, and she also learns to be independent in the Sailor V manga series. She's also hilarious!

- And for the last one, make up the craziest/silliest/coolest name of a Senshi you can come up with

Sailor Sedna. Hey, we have a Sailor Pluto! Sailor Quaoar is another possibility!

I'm from the US. More specifically almost 4/5 Irish and 1/5 German.

2) Have you seen the original Japanese version? Did you like it?

Yes, I have. I absolutely prefer it to the dub, but I appreciate the dub since it introduced me to Sailor Moon. It made me happy during a turbulent time in my life (my father passed away the year it came out in the US), but in terms of quality, the original Japanese is superior.

3) Which Sailor Senshi or other character are you most like?

Hands down, it's Makoto/Sailor Jupiter. It's scary how much alike me and her are: we both lost a parent, we're both Sagittarians, we love cooking, we love the color green, we wear our hair in a similar style (from age 2 to 16, I wore my hair in a ponytail with ball tie, like what Mako wears), we're boy crazy, we're both tall, and our personalities have similar traits (namely bravery, lack of tact, slightly awkward, honesty and generosity). She spoke to me unlike any other fictional character.

4) If you are a guy, do you like Sailor Moon?

I own a vagina and I don't identify as a guy, so this doesn't apply.

5) Manga or Anime?

In terms of keeping my attention, I like the anime better. I'm a more visual person than a reader, so I like it when the story is played out in front of me. But in terms of storyline quality, the manga, so far, has been better. I just so happen to be reading the manga for the first time with Kodansha releasing it. I am a little more forgiving than a lot of people for the errors because I never had the chance to get the Mixx manga when I was younger. I would rather take it as is, but that's not to say there can't be any improvements.

6) Favorite Sailor Senshi and why?

Sailor Jupiter because she's my clone. xD However, I do have a soft spot for Sailor Mars. I always laugh at her antics and I love her passion and devotion to Sailor Moon. She's also a no BS type of girl and I strive to be like that. I could have also liked Sailor Pluto if there was more character development for her. She had so much unrealized potential, but she was thrown to the wayside.

7) And for the last one, make up the craziest/silliest/coolest name of a Senshi you can come up with

Sailor Minerva. I've been secretly hoping that sooner or later a sailor senshi would be created with that title. But it'll never happen in the manga or anime.

I'm a guy and adore Sailor Moon! I used to wake up really early on Saturday mornings and Sailor Moon was always on before all the other cartoons. I would watch it to stay awake, but eventually learned to love it. (And still do)

Both have their positives and negatives. The manga has better storytelling, but the anime has all the character development.

Sailor Pluto, hands down. The first time I saw her during R, I thought she was amazing and gorgeous. It only got better from there.

It's not bad, the Patlabor dubs are well done, it's just that one part in the second movie had something added to it that was done differently in the sub, that was totally stupid and uncalled for. I agree with the japanese voices, they are kinda...out there, but sometimes they can add more humor to the situations.

I'm sure the humor aspect of the sub is completely true. All though the dub at it's moments was funny. Most of the time though real lame slang and out there translation. I'm just glad I'm not alone with the whole japanese voice annoying thing.

I like both <3 Manga is scyphate, so is anime. Watched/ read both millions of times. I prefer anime though. More villain development etc.

Sailor Saturn. The depth of her character and the way she acts in both the anime and manga is just stunning. I love her lonely aura and sometimes I wish I could just hug the poor girl. She is a rather tragic character. I also like her way of speech, such as when she explains to Usagi in the manga that without death there would be no rebirth. She's very elegant and the most beautiful senshi in my eyes. I like how her powers are associated with death and rebirth, which is pretty fascinating. Plus, in the manga she has grey-ish eyes, which are similar to my colour <3

I have seen the original Japanese version. All 5 seasons and the 3 movies, although I think I've only seen the "Ami's First Love" special. I did enjoy it, especially Stars! I would like to watch the whole series in Japanese again, but I have a soft spot for the English dub and watch that more often

According to the online quiz things, I'm most like Usagi, but I think that's because I know what answers to pick to get that result. I'm probably more like Makoto, though. I love cooking (although I'm not very good at making up my own recipes) and figure skating even though I'm out of practice. I tend to wear jeans and t-shirts, but I am very feminine otherwise. And my favorite colors are green and pink! I think I can find traits of most of the Senshi in myself. Or at least I'd like to think so.

Anime, mostly because I haven't read all of the Manga yet. I would like to, though. I've read about halfway through and have enjoyed it quite a bit.

Sailor Moon! While she is a crybaby at the beginning, she grows tremendously throughout the series and becomes much stronger. Sure, there are still some tears, but not at every turn and for good reason. She is also a loyal and caring friend, which I would certainly like more of in my life. Plus, I love princesses, so the fact that she is the Moon Princess makes her 100X cooler in my eyes.

Oh My God I love your answer here: "but I have a soft spot for the English dub and watch that more often " My heart just warmed up with joy that a subbie fan likes the dub as well and watches it more than the sub! I respect the sub completey but my heart and mind can't get into it. I get mad about it but it's who I am a dubbie but not with every Anime. I compare first both dub and sub and make my choice there. It's just this one I can't go back and forth. Princess Tutu I probably would watch the sub even though I loved the dub but from the clips I've heard it's sounds quite similar to the dub voice and I think that's what makes a great dub! In Dic's case I'm glad to dear God they went the opposite way or the dub could of been bad also with voices! It was bad enough for the cuts, slang, censoring etc. but the voices I feel is what make the Sailor Moon dub shine really bright. It's not the Dic's actors fault for the lines they had to read. I'm sorry for going on this long Anywho, I like to cook like Lita to but it's ridiculous how much Serena and I are alike. You should read the Manga's they're good. I only read the new ones so far but I like them That's what I love the most about Serena is that she's soo wonderful when it comes to friendship and love. I would say I'm the most like Michiru. We're both very passionate about music, art, and the ocean. I'm also a strong swimmer and swim on a regular basis. Personality-wise, we're also similar: like her, I am generally calm, reserved, and difficult to read. After her, I think I'm the most like Hotaru (quiet, "mysterious," prone to illness) and manga!Rei (independent, calm, practical).

If I had answered this question years ago, it would have been anime - but more recently, I've really come to appreciate the manga much more. I prefer Takeuchi's storytelling and characterization. I do think she could have gone into much more depth with many of the characters - particularly the villains - but overall, I still prefer the manga.

Favorite Sailor Senshi and why?

My favorite character has always been Sailor Neptune. Initially, this was simply because she was the soldier with ocean-related powers, and also the artist and musician of the group. However, the more I learned about her, the more I grew to like the character. I like that she is calm and polite, but never a pushover. She's elegant and ladylike, but unafraid of getting her hands dirty. Although she can come across as cold, she is one of the most empathetic and compassionate characters in the series.

Like the answers here. Wow I believe your the first to pick Sailor Neptune for both alikeness and Favorite Sailor Senshi. Yeah I've heard the Manga not going so much into character detail and that stinks! but the story is quite good in the Manga. I still heart the Anime though for I just started reading the Managas and learned about Sailor Moon through the Anime so it holds a special place in my heart. I do love that Sailor Neptune is soo connected to the ocean for it's quite majestic the sea and I wish I was a Mermaid and live in there I'm like Ariel (little mermaid) tehe! Yes, and of coarse it's the only version of Stars I have seen. I grew up watching the dub for the most part, but have seen the entire Japanese version by now. When I was young I purchased the Pioneer VHS subtitled versions of the movies, and I watched bits of S and SuperS in Japanese from the Pioneer/Geneon DVDs I had, then finally went all out and purchased every season in Japanese a few years ago. I love the Japanese version, and it's usually the version I watch mainly because I get to see everything without stupid little cuts here and there, though the dub will always hold a place in my heart as well, especially for nostalgia and some of the music. The voices in the English dub never really bothered me, well the DiC ones atleast. Some of the new voices in the Cloverway dub are ughhh (like Amy and Serena, though she does get better by SuperS, I still could never get over that frog in her throat voice). I actually prefer Rini's Cloverway voice to both the DiC and the Japanese version, I thought it fit her really well.

I don't really know. I just caught it on Cartoon Network one day (over a decade ago) and thought it was pretty funny, and I love the transformation scenes and everything, and got really hooked on the storyline. I still have fond memories of taping every episode and starting my own little collection and everything.

I have only recently read the manga in the last few years, so this is a little biased for me I guess But the anime will always hold a special place in my heart. I do love the manga though for it's scyphate darkness and being able to skip though all the filler when I don't feel like it. But the anime just has a charm to it that can never be replaced for me.

Depends on what I'm in the mood for. Somedays I like Sailor Moon, and somedays I like Sailor Saturn.

Yes, I have watched the seasons, movies ans specials. One definite good point was no edits/cuts. How could you go wrong with no edits? There are some scenes and characters I liked in the original, but there are also some I don't. Same with the voices. Some will annoy me, but there are voices I could listen to all day and night if possible (Maria Kawamura's Eugeal and the late Kaneto Shiozawa's Prince Diamond are two great examples). After finishing the original, I thought it was great. As with the English dub, I think it does a brilliant job despite some of the silly edits/changes and slang. The voice actors/actresses from DiC and Cloverway have all done a great job even though some of them aren't as good as they could have been. I'm surprised that there are some voices I prefer to the original (Stephanie Beard's Rini and Kirsten Bishop's Zoycite. This IS my opinion by the way). But overall, I love both the Original and the Dub for different (and sometimes the same) reasons.

Oh, this a tough one. I share the same interest in cooking as Lita. I love technology and computers like Eugeal. And I also like to think Im as laidback/relaxed as Artemis a.k.a. Silly comedy cat.

I'm a guy, so I'll be happy to answer. There are many reasons as to why I love Sailor Moon. First of all, we have a kickass team of female Sailor Soldiers who will be ready to beat some bad guy butt, even if the guys put them into wild and compromsing positions. Sailor Moon also has depth when it comes to things like Romance, Sacrifice and Friendship. Another reason is that SM has the sexiest villainesses (this applies to the Phantom Sisters, Witches 5 and Kaori). The last reason is that the MOTDS are no doubt interesting. Some are cute, some are tough, some are bizarre and there are some who are just flat out hilarious.

Manga or Anime??

Geez, I think both have their positves and negatives. The anime added more story and depth to several of the villains (Dark Kingdom, Black Moon Clan and the Death Busters). But at the same time, the anime version of the Stars Season made the least sense. In the manga, it was more clear and understanding. Not to mention Naoko Takeuchi does some beautiful drawings/artwork. I'll probably side a little over to the anime only because it had more development with the villains.

Favorite Sailor Senshi and why?

I like Rini/Mini-Moon and Hotaru/Saturn the most. I think they are so cute yet they are also powerful scouts. Not to mention they are both best friends. They are so cute when they are together.

It's much harder for me to pick a favorite villain - I have several favorites rather than just one. Blue Saphir is a favorite because I appreciate his calm, rational, and perceptive nature. His dedication to his brother is also endearing. From the Black Moon clan, I am also fond of Berthier for her intelligence, personality, and water-related powers. I think Galaxia is one of the most interesting villains. Sailor Mnemosyne is one of my favorite minor characters but she seems too kind to really be considered a villain. Finally, I am a fan of both Black Lady and Mistress 9 - mostly from an aesthetic standpoint for Mistress 9, since she only appears briefly and isn't particularly interesting as a character.

Haha YES!! I meant all the way Uranus!!! Silly me! I love Black Lady!! Also the clothes Galaxia wears are extremely incredible for it's so elegant but yet evil at the same time because of the gold aspect. My favorite besides the Black Moon Clan, is Queen Beryl!! She's just a classic!! Most of the series yeah she sits on her ass and does nothing but the last battle and especially since it's Sailor Moon's fist epic battle ALONE it's such an intense/Powerful scene and fight! Overall every villian in Sailor Moon has their wonderful personal and unique stories

I'll always love Chibiusa She's just so quirky and cute! And I always related to her in the 20th century being the annoying little sister

Yes! You have a soft spot for the dub! I agree with you a 100% about the straining part of the dub and I hate Dic for it!! Now the voices I LOVE them for especially Terri Hawkes!! You say Amy is not that confident but she is quite strong in the long run and I'm sure you are too Rini or Mini Moon is quite cute! Even though in the dub they made her a little brat but really she's sweet. Don't worry you'll think of one

I'm not sure if she can still do sailor moon.. that was over ten years ago.. if she's a good actress she might be able to sound that young..

I'll let you know the status of her voice situation when I go and meet her and honestly I really do believe in her and according to I believe a Moon Chase Article she said she was quite willing to come back!! So I'm sure she would do fine.
