The lack of consistency with the designs has been a nightmare tho to watch.
I don‘t care much about eye color changes. I also don‘t mind the different character designs, since none so far was perfect (in my eyes), it was always exciting to speculate. I‘m looking forward to see the character design for Stars, which will be, hopefully, again less moe.

To my knowledge Kotono is not involved in any other project. I might be wrong, though. And she shared this photo herself.
You mean at the moment or in general? Because she's been in a ton of works over her 30+ year career.
It could be for One Piece or something, too. Although I don't know how regular her character is in it.

Of course I mean at the moment. I am well aware of her career. This is a recent post, which means the photo is of something she is doing now. Of course like sailormoongalaxy says it can be for a film or a foreign tv show.I was talking about anime roles. And yet it can be about Eternal, it is most likely at this stage as everything so far still confirms the September release, the last thing we know about the film is they cast Pegasus, so recording should have or is about to start.

They can definitely fit it in if well written. If the musicals could do it, so can the movie. However, the manga antagonists were never "that deep" to begin with so if we do get any inkling of personality from them, I'll count it as a blessing but you most certainly can craft well written characters/antagonists in a movie. You can do that even in a short film if it's well written by a talented screen writer. Since we are being gifted with two movies instead of one crammed roll of images, it's quite possible the characterization will be balanced out nicely between the two.

But we have too much stuff going on. This is not original film, this is adapting a whole manga arc with so much stuff going, they can hardly make room for original material. I would be happy if they manage, but I don't want people to get their hopes vhigh on that and end up hating on the film because of it.
