It seems that members of the fanclub can see SME on December 12th.

Could you reupload the pictures? I was blocked.

Aaaawwww… Now this is just 2 cute… Yes lil' :ami:, I'll take you home with me allright! ::love::
Spoiler: show
Now how the heck do I get the Mercury pic alone?
Little Mercury "pet". Here's the pic alone: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EkZJIPqXcAYdiy5?format=jpg&name=large

BTW, again, I'm not disappointed by the Eternal art style..what I need now is to see some animation of characters like the Quartet, the Trio and Nehellenia (and better see the color of her hair because her concept art can be a bit confusing about it).

gee......if that is true, then I just wish some of them could be so kind to bring something here on internet after watching it......

I am sure there will be some reviews on twitter that can reach us, at least when it comes to the adaptation.
Their comments do not really prove anything.
Remember that Japanese fans hate the idea of Crystal a lot, and that is the reason Toei had to bring the 90's style back. If they say the movie is good, it could mean that it is the same as 90's anime, which is very disappointing for me.

Remember there are also some more unbiased people. I do not care wether they make it is good or bad statements.i hope someone to say whether it follow the manga or not, what has been cut and at which point they split it. These "good or bad" means nothing. Peolle that saw episode one of Crystal during the pre screening event were extactic with it (there were some videos of people screeming with excitement at the time). There are people that didn't like Crystal because of very valid points, which were not immediately present. Most problems started showinung during ep 2 and after, so there were a lot of people that hated it for various other reasons and not necessarily because it didn't look like the 90s. Episode 1 and the trailers were generally favorably accepted, so... I think this is generalizing.

I'm really struggling to get behind the new designs of their eyes. It's sooo 90s. Beyond that, though, the dynamic poses are nice. Mercury looks especially cool here.

I personally love the new eyes. The eyes were the one thing I didn't like in the Sakou's designs, and they were really ugly in season 3, just as dead, but overly saturated most of the time. The new eyes are expressive, one thing I don't like is how they changed them a bit from the Tanabo's designs, where there were two splats of different colors that really made them different from the 90s.

One thing I can cricise though. The café art bluntly copied poses from the 90s for both Moons, Minako and Ami....

Every anime starts with a very strong first episode, and then things go downhill. :yay::yay::yay: I don't know why.

Gotta hook the viewers somehow. Probably put more budget in the average first episode and everything.
I mean some criticism about Crystal were not initially related to the artstyle.
For me, artstyle-wise the best were 1 and 5, and a lot of the Black Moon arc was much much better, but it is in my opinion the weakest manga arc plot-wise.

Crystal's biggest problem has always been it's pacing, and shafting characters who aren't Usagi, Chibiusa, and Mamoru. It's the same problem the manga had -- the characters are reason people remember Sailor Moon to this day and Crystal doesn't respect that by trying to fix the manga's flaws when they had the perfect opportunity.

The first two seasons made it even worse by watering down all humor and making the characters less expressive because apparently showing too much emotion is ~unelegant~. That was yet another thing that spat in the face of what made Sailor Moon popular, the fact that these were normal teenage girls that readers and viewers could relate to.

It's not about it being different from the 90's anime, because if it was the musicals wouldn't be so popular. Implying the fans in SM's native country are somehow ignorant or 90's anime purists for not liking Crystal and saying that their comments on Eternal won't mean anything is messed up tbh.
