I wouldnt say no to start a new adaptation of the manga again with these designs, new scenes that make the peacing better ( not strict scene by scene adaptation ) with longer character development ( villains specially ) and a touch of the 90s anime when it comes to develop the bonds of the girls.

It wont happen of course but I dont really want any spin off or an official 90s anime continuation ( Naoko doesnt want it either lol ).
I think any communication.Should only happen if Naoko makes more manga.Anime only continuations tend to not be good .As for the character designs dreams look so much better. They look less cute, more ish, and more elegant.

I think there is only so many times you can re-tell the same story. I think Classic and PGSM both did the arc well while perhaps not being 100% faithful. While yes I would like to see a version of the first arc with a proper vision, love, time and care put into it I would much rather see new stories being told. The lore in Sailor Moon is one of my favorite aspects and there is so much they could expand upon. I would like the think a new series, or even a spin off with the Outers would do a lot to bring some much needed hype to the series again. Plus as a new series it wouldn’t be constantly compared to the manga or the 90s. I have doubts to whether this will actually happen with Naoko seemingly allergic when it comes to producing new content, though.

I think if Crystal had adapted the entire manga sooner, another retelling wouldn't be out of the question. But after ten long years ANOTHER adaptation of the manga sounds like a terrible idea.
As a Sailor Moon fan it pains me to say this but if a new continuation of the series is not on the cards then after Stars concludes I really think the series should be put to rest for some time. Obviously keep it alive with merchandise and such but I think starting another reboot so soon would have an adverse effect and people will start to become fatigued.

I think a reboot should only happen at it's 40 anniversary .

I have a feeling that after Eternal, Stars is gonna come faster and in the same movie format as Eternal. I dont see them going back to the tv series format.

I imagine these movies were finished months ago ( remember part 1 at least had to be premiered in September 2020 ) so its probably they are already working in a pre production to adapt Stars.

Next year is the 30th anniversary so I think we will get an announcement of the Stars project on Usagi Birthday ( June 2022 ). No pics, no teaser, just the confirmation that they have started working in the last arc adaptation, probably for a part 1 premiere at end of 2023 and part 2 at the beginning of 2024. This is a 3 years gap since end of 2020 where they already had the eternal movies finished.

If another reboot for Sailor Moon happens, this will probably try to attract new fans (like Digimon Adventure 2020).

So, I don't think Toei would care so much that some fans are fatigued (not that the fatigue between fans is so simple).

PS: Digimon Adventure 2020 was announced before the premiere of Digimon Adventure Kizuna movie. So, if Toei wants a reboot (and Naoko allow it), they won't wait.

I feel like the internet spoiled the entire movie for me.
I'm pretty sure the movie pretty much is just everything we would have gotten from reading the manga ^_^', but that's a good thing in this case since it is the best manga arc.

Let's hope 15 - 20 years later, this franchise falls into KyoAni. One 22 episode TV series every year, 1 movie every two years...
I'd love to see them tackle Sailor Moon, I just hope they're doing better now and won't face another tragedy...

Maybe give another reboot after another decade or something? Either way, series/franchises shouldn't be milked bone dry.

Bandai will sell proplicas—but I believe the actual objects seen in Eternal are inspired by the work of jeweler and crystal and glass designer René Lalique. Lalique is even referenced in the Dream manga arc. Michiru gets upset because Hotaru breaks her Lalique plates.

If you are smart, you will buy the actual work. I have seen the bell for under $100 USD on sites like TheRealReal. Not so sure how much the crystal hearts cost. Many pieces are collectibles and commonly have a resale value.
