You have to think that eventually the stories and heroics of Sailor Moon and the others are going to reach beyond Earth. What if say it attracts a different kind of enemy, one that isn’t interested in world domination or destruction, only money and riches and the only treasure that can guarantee such would be the transformation wands and crystals of the Sailor Senshi. They hunt them across the galaxy not caring if one is young or old and good or evil, the more powerful each Senshi is known to be the more valuable they are. Their victims either wind up dead or brainwashed servants of the corrupt elite in the galaxy. Could such an enemy exist and how would could they be portrayed?

is literally the stars saga, with the arrival of galaxia in the manga, but she doesn't do it for money, just for dominate others.
However, an interesting story could come out if done as you say, a bit like the dragonball super episode where they look for # 17 but not based on the comic side.
if I'm not mistaken a similar theme is present in Yes pretty cure 5 go go (I didn't follow this series).

I can imagine such a organization existing. It could have originated as a legitimate anti-Sailor league, once the horrors of what a corrupted Senshi could so would be known. In fact I can imagine a coalition of people from planets with evil Senshi deciding to rise up and take on the task of making sure no one is powerless at the hands of a Sailor. Unforunately, as time wears on, I can see some members hunting Sailor Moon and pals for sport, others out of pure principle.

This would be an interesting idea, although of the two routes, I would prefer people who kill the Senshi than brainwash them, since as Araki @ria wrote, the latter is essentialy manga Stars. Of course, the bounty hunters can take a page from the Black Moon Clan and present their aim as saving humanity and brainwashing people to do along with their hunts.

For some reason, I thought this thread was gonna be about Senshi who use their powers
pretty much for money.
Maybe the latter are the reason for the former, but I like this idea, too.
