Hi guys I have heard people frequently say that Setsuna has Romani or Gypsy ancestry which some have used to explain why she has a more darker skin tone from the rest of the cast. Is this actually true because I have heard it alot?

I’m pretty sure that’s an old wives tale that moonies used to spread back in the day without any evidence to support the claim.
Naoko has, however, stated that she wanted Pluto to be a dark and mysterious character, so she made her have dark skin and hair:

^ What ChibiBoi said. Setsuna is not part-Romani (which would make zero sense anyway). Just one of many blatant lies / baseless rumors that fans love to spread for some reason.
