If you pre ordered through amazon they are sending out emails that they are having a shipping delay not sure if its because they changed the artwork or if its just a delay in getting the movies in time they should have came out today.
It's happened with every Sailor Moon set that I've preordered from them. I think it has something to do with their continuous dispute with Warner. Same thing happens with their Disney Bluray preoders. On the flipside, Best Buy is price matching their price and they all seem to have it in stock in their stores. If it's close to you, I'd cancel Amazon and go nab one.

Notes:

-As seen in the second DVD menu image, there are closed captions on both discs..
-Songs are still not translated in either sub track.
-Blu-ray subs are locked for those who watch in Japanese.
-Movie credits are left in Japanese (with animation intact) but there is a black English credit scroll as an extra.
-The Blu-ray extra interviews with Michelle Ruff & Chris Hackney are 12 & 11 minutes long.

Here's my post on the R movie for comparison purposes:

I would literally throw the slip cover in the trash.

It's not bad, but I prefer the overall presentation of the Pioneer release over this. Why have a "signs and songs" subtitle track if you don't subtitle the songs?!

And while I'm happy they ended up using the original movie cover, it's terribly cropped. They should've put a frame over it or something. It looks like a rush job.

Whether it's this movie or S or Sailor Stars, I will never understand Viz's decision to translate Neptune's simple "Onajiku!" as the mouthful "Also answering the call from a new era!" when all she's saying is simply "Likewise!"

"Don't freeze them yet, why don't you torture them, Snow Dancers?"

I can't believe how stiff and awkward that sounds. I mean overall, the voice acting is much better than the original movie dub, but that line sounds so blech. The original line was a lot better - both in terms of writing and delivery.

To be fair, Sailor Neptune actually does say the full speech (that is, more than just "onajiku") in the Japanese version of the S movie:

I haven’t watched the new S dub though, so I would also find it strange if VIZ had her say the full speech in cases where she didn’t in Japanese.

Smart that they're finally marketing it as a "wintery adventure". It's definitely the season for that. Maybe they'll actually throw out a proper trailer for it instead of uploading a bunch of clips.

Interesting how Madman uses the word "Scout" in their first Tweet, a term Viz Media adamantly avoids using. They went as far as to bleep someone who said the word Scout in one of their YouTube videos.

I always thought it was a shame there were no actual christmas episodes in the series my favorite anime episodes to rewatch are Christmas episodes I try to watch the movie when it starts to get cold it can kinda be considered a christmas movie sorta at least it is more than Frozen which I also try to justify as being a christmas movie because snow even thought it takes place in summer or something.

Totally agree! I guess technically the Nurse Venus episode of R takes place during the Christmas holidays judging by the Christmas decor on the streets. But it’s a shame we didn’t get an actual episode- even Wedding Peach got one! What’s so weird is that we got a Christmas level on the R SNES game, we got 2 Christmas cds, and I think the Snow Kaguya portion of the manga actually does take place at Christmas.. so the intent was there. Just odd they never went there with an episode. Who knows.. maybe if Crystal Dream movies do well, we might someday get another shot at another Snow Kaguya adaptation.

And Usagi's dream in that episode in which she dreams of spending Christmas with Mamoru, having a Christmas dinner date with him.
