Stars is quite possibly my favorite arc and Sailor Cosmos is one of my most beloved characters from the series. Because I like the arc so much, I am not sure if Sailor Cosmos should remain an enigma like she did in the manga—or if the films should bring light to her character and explore her more. In any event, my choice is “Sailor Cosmos Vs. Sailor Chaos.”

ADDED: If there is one thing I truly expect from the movie is the resurrection of the cats—I actually wished Naoko had not harmed the cats, but since she did I fully expect to see them resurrected with everybody else. Not including the cats in the wedding scene was a serious manga error that I expect to be fixed.

It is funny that Takeuchi originally intended for Galaxia to become Sailor Chaos, if she intends to expand the current plot about Sailor Chaos vs Cosmos that is what I want to see in Crystal, or alternatively have Galaxia become Sailor Chaos in Crystal.

They can cut the Sailor Stars and exchange them being useless with any other plot point behalf and I will be happy.

Honestly I would atleast love to see a colored picture of Sailor Chaos how she looks in the future. I would especially love if the gave her the color scheme of Chaos Galaxia from the 90s anime as I think that black outfit with the pale skin, the red hair, yellow eyes and purple accents are an excellent look for Sailor Chaos and definitely serves as a dark contrast to Sailor Cosmos.

Actually, Takeuchi originally planned for Galaxia to be Chaos that is why we have Chaos Galaxia.

I prefer Usagi x Galaxia more than Usagi x Seiya...since Takeuchi originally intended the two to be foils to each other.

I am aware of that but that is also an idea she seems like she thought of but later abandoned. Like Senshi/Shitennou or the Diana Fairy

Takeuchi originally intended Galaxia and Usagi to be foils of each other, if Takeuchi made this instead, Galaxia and Usagi would have become consistent foils and would have more chemistry with each other.

Like Light and L; Madoka and Homura. The two could have been a popular pair.

I'd like to see more in-depth development on the lore & world-building, particularly on the Galaxy Cauldron and how a Senshi is made through Sailor Crystals. What I'm especially interested in is Yaten's little off hand comment in the manga explaining h planet/star's development process and how some Star Seeds are "weak" and "don't make it." I have my own personal little headcanon that Galaxia's original planet was the result of this planet and that's what caused her to be so disillusioned on the concept of being a Senshi and measuring everything solely by the power of one's Sailor Crystal.

To expand on this, an interesting thing I just recently learned is that in the original Japanese text when Guardian Cosmos is explaining how Queen Serenity brought Usagi's Star Seed to the Cauldron, her Star Seed is described as "fragmented and broken." I wonder if Naoko was originally trying to go for Usagi being from similar circumstances as Galaxia, and she very well could've ended up exactly like her if Queen Serenity hadn't found her and brought her back to the Cauldron to get her Star Seed fixed? If true, I hope this aspect gets explored more as well and helps further emphasize how Usagi & Galaxia aren't all that different after all.

I even posted a headcanon about it here:

Another question is when Usagi got the Cosmos Crystal.

I would actually like to see the ending and characterization of Galaxia stated in the Materials Collection.
"Galactica Bracelets", in which her power is sealed.
When these bracelets are put on, power is confined
inside them. (You become Galaxia's slave.)
When Galaxia removes these bracelets, her true power
appears. She becomes Sailor Chaos.

Her Star Seed is not described as "fragmented and broken." The word Naoko uses is nukegara, which means shell, husk, or exuviae. There's actually some discussion about this in this thread.
