Wow... Rei & Mamoru look BEAUTIFUL in Manga version...

Mamoru in his civilian form is stunningly handsome and Rei is just a knock-out beauty! :love: I read the Stars arc when it first came out with the crappy english translation, but now reading from start to finish from MissDream.org, the translation is very close to perfect but with a few minor mistakes/errors. However, all of Naoko's manga work is immaculate and beautiful.

I thought that Rei and Mamoru as portrayed in the manga far surpassed their anime counterparts on beauty and personality. I really hope that the new anime will do them the same justice.

I think everybody looks beautiful in the manga, as you said! Maybe it's just Naoko's style, though. I think everybody looks beautiful, beautiful. ♥ Mamoru does appeal to me more in the manga, as I've just finished re-reading it and he never really appealed to me in the anime.

I agree with everything you've said as well, Mamoru's comes across as very annoying later on in the anime series, he may be less of that in the manga if I continue on with the story, still in the Dark Kingdom Arc so far.

There is a LOT more blond fair skinned anime characters. Must be an obsession or something.

Setsuna is exotic because of her tan skin, but a bit boring because of her straight hair.

For the most part, YES... Wow... Sailor Uranus' cover is stunning for a tomboy-ish girl also! She looks beautiful on her cover as well.

Yes! It was weird the first time in the manga seeing Haruka actually look like a GIRL, lol. But she's such a beautiful girl...

And Mamoru actually looks sexy.^^ and Rei is just super gorgeous. Naoko had some beautiful art there. Its hard to translate art like that to action and anime, though.
