I see nothing wrong with the Senshi being in revealing outfits they are teenagers not children. It is probably no different then any other teen drama shows. Saved by the Bell for instance in some cases showed them in sexy swim suits.

That's true.

Wow, this artwork is gorgeous!

It reminds me of Naoko's style as well. I wish the 90's anime had looked this elegant.

Me too, SILVER. I feel that the 90's anime's character designs lack any sort of elegance the manga art had.

Actually, the 90's design do look closer to the manga.

Their opinion is not yours to debate.

I like the artwork for this watch, it makes Usagi look mature and beautiful

lmao SILVER, you DO realize that Flora was commenting on her OWN comment, right? She wasn't debating someone else; she seems to have had a change in her opinion.

Yes, I did change my opinion. I love Naoko's art so much. So, when I saw Yuike Sako how drew the eyes and Usagi's odango, I came to the realization that she failed to draw them the way Naoko-san drew them. Yuike's eyes looked dead and are emotionless. Kazuko Tadano and Ikuko Itou got these two criteria correct.

Below are some examples:

It’s an automatic response -certain members who abuse the word “Actually” tend to debate others opinions so I defended by reflex -my bad xD

And I see what you mean by the odango.
Thinking about it, I think that Satou’s character designs were more limited even though I still prefer them. They DO remind me of Naoko’s pretty (but stiff, let’s be real) art.

What bugs me about the 90s designs is that the eyes are so far apart and the faces so small. But some things are better designed, like the outer’s Unique eyes and so on. Naoko has like, 3 different faces that she could draw.

reminds me of One Piece Oda used the same face for every main Female character XD but i still respectfully disagree with you SILVER as I've seen Miss Takeuchi's artwork and the 90s anime is closer in her style than Crystal truthfully i went into Crystal excited and with high expectations but was let down

Ugh, can you re-read my reply and understand what I’m referring to?
Thanks

Also, there’s this:

It looks more like Crystal 1-2 than SM Classic 1-3.

Thanks, Ryo! In the Materials Collection artbook, there are initial sketches of the original 5 Senshi that Naoko drew, Toei Animation used these sketches as bases for character designs. So, they too had helped w/ the MC.

My linked image was a reply to the latter part of your comment, so it seems that we both addressed each other?
