I was watching an R episode when i started to look closer to the background text in Otome no Policy. And googling it someone actually found out where the text is from. apparently it's from "Montenegro: Yugoslavias black mountain" à piece from national geographic in 1977 about a mans journey through Montenegro together with a photographer named Linda.

Why this specific text? What do you think? Does it hold any meaning or do you think they just grabbed the first stylish english text they could find?

interesting though I don't think there's any hidden meaning to it, as it was just said it's probably there just to look cool/stylish
I always wanted to know what that was since I first saw R in sub in the early-mid '00s P-:

I might be able to help. I'm a very observant person so maybe a refresher of the episode will help.
With the help of a friend I deduced that Nephlite's car in the original anime was most likely a Lamborghini Diablo.

I also think they just used whichever text example they felt looked the best. It's still pretty interesting, though!

I'm gonna pretend it's significant.

It's about food... Usagi likes food!

...A child in the bed... CHIBIUSA!

Obviously they're drawing parallels between a man's journey through Montenegro with Usagi's journey through adolescence and the difficulties she faces. And Linda is obviously a metaphor for Usagi's companion Luna. DUH! :P
