To end with a bang is always exciting, and the show has been so much fun that I present you all with a tribute (or perhaps a teaser of what's to come? oohh....) trailer.

No surprises from the video....except the nature of the video itself.

I hope you all enjoy it as I've enjoyed making music videos for this series.

"Head on over to download the video!"

*and in case you were wondering, yes, I'm breaking the biggest rule of trailer-making; e.s. posthumus' Pomeii is sooo overplayed...

*bounces around* Wow! It's so awesome! It totally blew me away. I wish I knew how to edit video half as well as you do!

There was one thing, though. There's a typo: "as four soldiers unite / The threads / of / Fate / unwinds." The s needs to be knocked off of either "threads" or "unwinds," depending on what your meaning was. :)

But regardless, that is awesome work! Thank you for sharing it! ^_^

이보미짱!!

Dammit, I hoped no one would catch that error!!!
Well, darn, yeah after rendering the video clip I realized my "grammatical error" but was too exhausted to "edit" it (it takes sooo much time editing out the darn timecodes that I forget little things, like, oh, english ;))

...hope you don't catch any other of my lazy errors. There's plenty of it! :D

짱 indeed, hehe. That's me.

WOW. Just wow. This video is spectacular. Apple's really gotten me into these trailer type things... they are freakin' fun as hell to watch!

My favorite part is at the beginning with the four panels of the four Senshi. That was FUGGIN' COOL!!!!!!! Hahha... I was like, making GOGGLE eyes at my laptop. Sooooo awesome!

But the coolest effects are when the violins come in and it cuts to Queen Beryl. From there to the end is awesome! I love the squares and the overlays and I could just go on forever about this video. Soo awesome!

And the quick shots at the very end that coordinate with the beats of the music. Holy freaking cow, where the f*** is my S-video cord!!!! I want to see this on a bigger screen!

BOBOBEAR, YOU'RE MY HERO! *spaz*

Now I feel really retarded with my video-making skillzzz... I'm guessing from your comments, Bomi, that using this piece of music is like using Evanescence. Am I right? I've actually not heard this music at all but it's perfect for this video! So, don't even worry about it!

Sigh. This always happens to me! ALWAYS!!! I get into something (in this case, trailers) and then I make a decent name for myself for my work, and then somebody bigger and better comes along with their premier and their after effects and BLOWS ME OUT OF THE WATER!!!!!!!! grr...

Sigh again. Sorry if I seem a little bitter. This video really was awesome! Hats off! This was Apple, who's now going to hand the PGSM trailer award to bobobear and sulk in the corner. :(

Aw, Apple_Pie I wasn't stealing your thunder honest! ;) This was a spur of the moment thingy, but I did think about your video. If anything, it was the basis of inspiration. Anyway, why are you complaining? You get to mooch off my webserver! (kidding, hehe)

Yeah. Anyone who's anyone uses e.s. Posthumous' "Pompeii" (which everyone else know as the spiderman trailer music...which it IS NOT!!), and I don't just mean for fan trailers, or independant film trailers. Look on tv: just about every bigshot tv-promo for a movie (Catwoman comes to mind) uses ES Posthumus one way or another (or use a very close rendition of his stuff). This is my biggest cop-out ever, but I figured people on these boards wouldn't recognize it as one, hehe ;)

Ooh, this split personality of unchristine is hurting my head! :D

 yeah, i'm bawling my sorrows to #pgsm channel right now, and they're all like, uh, dude, the world isn't over. and then i went, "although i really shouldn't say anything because she hosts [my videos]." and i've always been eternally grateful and thankful for that. :D

question: are you talking about my beginning trailer or my finale trailer? i was supposing the finale trailer (since that's the one that has that similar dramatic mood, text, effects, etc.) but i wasn't sure. none the less! i can be professional and say that, artist to artist, yours was one kick @$$ video. ^_^ IF Y'ALL DON'T DOWNLOAD IT, I WILL COME KILL YOU IN YOUR SLEEP!

 WOW! Excellent!

How hard is it to do those scenes which overlay each other?

Overlayed scenes are the easiest thing to do. The trick is not to overuse them.

Hot! I felt like I was watching a real-life Hollywood movie trailer! So much so in fact, that as the words at the beginning were flashing, I imagined them being said in that cheesy deep anouncer's voice. Fabulous work!

Yeah, that's what I would have ideally wanted, but me not having a deep guy voice (being a girl and all) hindered that plan quickly ;)

This trailer is awesome! Everything came out perfect exccpet one thing! Don't trailers usually have the name of the series/movie that their showing a preview of? Aside form that it was AWESOME!

I love the trailer! It's so awesome! However, in the individual sequences for the soldiers, the boxes distorts most of the video and can't see clearly. It looks cool though. Also, how come none of your video clips have the timestamp?

purplestarz, download and install the latest version of quicktime. That should help.

Sakuya, it's distorted to make it look cool, hehe. But you might also need to brighten your monitor. Mine is fairly dark, but I can still see the details alright.

And where did those timestamps go??? o_O

I mentioned it in the second post I made, but basically I edited out the timestamps because, unlike my other videos, there was no way to "sell" this trailer as a "trailer" with those timestamps. People would just look at it as yet another stylized pgsm music video. Plus it was a challenge to edit them out, even if it caused me my share of headaches and grief. Since it is my last video, I really did want to go out with a bang. (but there are still tons of error and lazily unfinished things quite evident for those keen eyes out there; yes, I know you ppl exist and I love you for it :))

If this was a movie trailer I would be the first in line to watch the movie on opening night.

lol! Me too. I guess, technically, this trailer could be cut as a movie trailer since no major plot points are revealed, though certain characters are, hehe. Notice the absence of certain plushies and human plushies? ;)

So, Nyanko, you're the culprit who's been spreadin' the word at smfiction.com ;) You can have a cookie too.

WOW that was really good. I especially liked the part of the song after Beryl and the scenes following that. Really good trailer. What program did you use?

Holy Snikes! I am blown away by this trailer! This is one of those times I wished I had a big Plasma TV. I particularly like the end where the music gets faster and faster then it stops before you hear the senshi say "Usagi-chan!" Nice. :)

Oh, and uncchristine99, I loved your's and Apple_Pie's trailers too. Everytime I watch the first one, I remember how excited I was last October just before PGSM started up. :)

WOW and AMAZING trailer!! If I was a Hollywood's director, you will be the first to be hired for my technician team!! If not, I'll give you my "BEST EDITING AWARD" for this exciting, extreme, outrageous trailer. Man, Bobobear you are so talented with the use of this video program. BTW, what program did you use to make this advanced trailer of PGSM? I wish I am as talented as you!! Good work well done!! 8)
