Should the Senshi have kept individualities during power ups?

One of the most "enjoyable" aspects of some of the Inners/Outers are the little things in their outfits that distinguish them from one another. As they go through their power ups they all become more unified in their looks and lose a part of what made them individuals. Do you think they should've kept their special outfit traits as they powered up or are you a fan of them looking like one unit?

Honestly, I prefer them having no upgrades except :usagi:. (Or downgrade depending on how one sees it)
I agree. The classic fuku looks best on all of them. I don’t like the long back ribbons and I hate the long white hooker-boots on them. Also the puff sleeves are weird to my eyes.

Doesn't help those power upgrades along with their slightly modified fuku ended up as placebos in the 90's.

I have totally mixed feeling on this subject, I actually like the two layer skirts. They're quite pretty. Sailor Pink Moon pulls it off well. I sincerely know how frustrating it is to see all the Solar System Sailor Soldiers (sans Moon) sporting identical color coded outfits in their 3rd forms. I like the individual alterations as much the next person.

No, because uniformity is a big deal in Japan.
And that's a good reason for them to not be uniform. They're different in personality, preferences and backgrounds, Minako so obviously spent her childhood abroad they didn't even see fit to state it openly, why forcing them to uniformity when they started different? Just give Mina the armor she's been asking since she was Sailor V!

I think they should have had special traits but can understand the uniformity of them in relation to Super Sentai. The Eternal fuku is enough for me with them having different colors and the longer back bows and multilayered skirts are interesting aspect at first glance.

I always felt their fuku was lacking in the anime because Mars didn't have her pendant and Jupiter had no belt.

I'm fine with either way tho, as long as I get to see them in their outfits lol.

I do love Saturn's base form.

I've actually been thinking about it. It's complicated. I do like the two layer skirts in the Guardian Deities and Outer Solar System Soldiers' "Eternal Star" power-up. HOWEVER, I dislike them all having knee length boots. I prefer Chibi-Usa's Super form over her "Eternal" form. I feel the latter should at least have a star-moon combination because she is a Moon Princess Soldier like Usagi. I love the sleeves of Saturn's base form.

Yeah. I think my problem with Eternal suits on the sailors (except Sailor Moon and Chibimoon) is how these are useless.

They received these power upgrade at the end of Dream arc, but we don't really see them to be useful in Stars.
