I think PNP holds this opinion because Brazil's currency isn't something that compares to euros or dollars. Our income probably isn't steady enough for them.

I was harsh and even rude on her, but I'm pretty sure that if some American book author asked their translators to include Mr/Mrs/Ms in foreign translations, people wouldn't be as willing to shield them. This is ignorant as hell.
