I was at work today just stocking stuff and we got a bunch of bags of little cheap Japanese toys. In one was a "Little Charm Sailor Moon 3" a small little jewelry mirror with a real tiny green stone. Unfortunately I couldn't stop for a pic in the rush but it seemed official enough.
I've been scared off ordering 1 manga by itself for the rest of my life. Since these mofos at Amazon wanna shove big mangas in a mailbox. This is why I buy paperbacks
New years Eve is tommorow and it's weird realizing that the 2010's is now one foot deep in the sands of time. I didn't get this feeling going into 2011 though. 2010's really lacked a certain identity for me to get tired of. Maybe in twenty years it'll be the "lofi era" or something. Like how the 70's is retroactively the "disco era"
Later today is my high school graduation ceremony. So happy to get it over with but all the covid regulations are kinda making it a stinker if i'm being honest
Loved the ending, all in all I am satisfied. Gotta say Usagi's little callback blurb at the end while being the perfect final line in the series, putting in perspective how much happened in such little time takes me out of it a bit. Nowhere near as bad as say Marvel comics but considering Usagi's development... Maybe throw in another year? Can't complain too much though
Didn't anticipate the hours leading up to my big 19 would be so terrifying. Last year was only a mild depression, but this? This is some Boogeyman stuff right here
After thought: Oh and speaking of Nehelenia, she is like the most fab villain so far and that gets her favor points I my book. Everything. Is. So. Perfect. Like Oh My God sit on my fa- .... *Clears throat* well the SuperS arc is cool I'll give a stock footage bestiality smooch out of ten
I just finished the Super S season of Sailor Moon and i got a couple thoughts about the ending and Nehelenia. The ending to this arc certainly regressed in how climactic it felt compared to the last three seasons seemingly topping each other but I really liked it. I just like that Nehelenia is the who defeats herself in delusion by locking herself away in the mirror and dipping off. Ah crap I'm out of words. 1/2
Edit: it doesn't look like the obvious mirror piece is reflecting anything in the pic and it was more silver than gold looking but the shape is right
