What could’ve been in the RPs
Michiru was (I planned for Bishonen Senshi Sailor Moon), going to appear WAY earlier than her canonical counterpart.
She was Russian born, living in poverty when she discovered her Senshi abilities before the others. She was found by the Russian government, and ended up being trained as an assassin, often to dispose of high-profile targets. -
