These are new for Cosmos. Moon and Chibi Moon were already seen some days ago but the Outer senshi in this quality it's the first time. The inners also have their arts but have only been seen in low resolution.

The assignment was: Please draw them in the most neutral, reminiscent of art we’ve already released way.

The artist had originally forgotten to draw the shoulder pads for them, hence rendering them like Mercury, & then hastily (kinda) adding the pads back on them after someone pointing that out in the very last moment. :lol:

The artist added them in the wrong place though, they are meant to cover the shoulders. lol
