So happy to finally get in touch with Wendy Lyon. I've confirmed all her 12 roles, and now waiting for her to take a listen to some of the actors who are still unknown, namely whoever voiced Telulu, Mistress 9 and a few others.

It looks like Toei only cares about restoring their films in HD and 4K: 'Galaxy Express 999' Remaster Makes the Grade with DaVinci Resolve I think it comes down to laziness and being too cheap to remaster a 200 episode series like Sailor Moon. :cry:

These are just names Bob gave the tracks when he made his backup CD. Don Perry has also mentioned that none of the actual tracks ever had official titles, and were mainly grouped by mood.
