I also noticed that when I saw the Zepeto pictures. The only Japanese source I could find that uses the NT/PSCP abbreviation is this one, where the image credits read "© 武内直子 / PSCP" but the images themselves read "©武内直子・PNP／劇場版「美少女戦士セーラームーンCosmos」製作委員会", that is, "© Naoko Takeuchi - PNP / Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos Movie Production Commitee".
I can't still quite figure out what the letters in PSCP are supposed to stand for, but given the context I'd imagine it's somehow meant to be an abbreviation for the Cosmos Production Committee, just like NT is probably an abbreviation for Naoko Takeuchi PNP.

NT obviously stands for Naoko Takeuchi which itself raises the question why the copyright PNP has been replaced in favor of NT. Has the PNP company legally changed its name? Has it been dissolved? The acronym PSCP doesn't correspond with the committee name. Besides, is it even a thing for production committees to receive copyright mention on materials? I don't recall this being done for the Eternal movies. Has the production committee for Cosmos formed its own company?

So as it turns out, even if this sounds off, this is probably it. If you browse the official store, you can see that some some Eternal-based products list "© NT/PSEP" on their copyright. (The abbreviation seems to be used randomly though, other Eternal products do list the full "©武内直子・PNP／劇場版「美少女戦士セーラームーンEternal」 製作委員会" copyright).

Yeah, Takeuchi has herself as PNP and then different production committees as copyright holders for the movies and for every individual musical. Only Crystal, the 90s anime, and La Reconquista have more general copyright listings, also with PNP but with general companies instead of specific committees. The copyright info is reflected in all merchandise so she must be using it to track performance and easily divide profits.
Very good catch, I'd forgotten how often they write "Sailormoon" as a single word. Maybe it could also be something like "Prettyguardian Sailormoon Eternal/Cosmos Planning".
My guess is something like "Panel of Sailormoon Eternal Production" & "Panel of Sailormoon Cosmos Production."
