Are the Japanese Blu- Rays OOP? They’re unavailable from Toei and CD Japan

I was casually perusing for them on a whim and it’s seems they are not for sale on Toei’s Japanese retail site or Cd Japan any longer? I can only find ebay listings .

Wasn’t the Sailor Moon Store selling them fairly recently? Curious what that means .

I just checked the store, no DVD or Blu-Ray to speak of, there are a TON of goods and accessories though, some with anime artwork on them, too.
