Sailor Venus

Cresent Beam: Venus collects energy in her index that's discharged as a lazer beam. She specifically aims finger like a gun. If she's REALLY MAD, the beam will be able to multiply into several lazers. The beams also can light up whoever it hits.

Venus Love-Me Chain: Venus can expel a versatile energized chain with heart ringlets. The chain can be used for combat and restraints. It seems to be directed by her fingers.

Love and Beauty Shock: Venus makes hearts made of energy that combine into one. It seems to attack through the center of its targets or spreads out if it's aimed at a group.

Tuxedo Mask

Rose: He can throw a rose or several roses/ their petals very precisely. If he throws them in a circle, they'll cause a bunch of petals to erupt somehow. Another version of his roses can wrap around the target and electrocute them. The roses seem to do extra damage to individuals with an infatuation with him.

Extendo cane/ Sword: He has a cane that can extend several times its height. Other versions of him have a sword.

He uses it against Rubeus, Emeraude’s “twins” and even destroys Emeraude with it.

I'd love to read descriptions on Venus Wink Chain Sword and manga Venus Love and Beauty Shock... Hell even her 90s Love and Beauty Shock isn't very clear. Venus' attacks are so confusing. Lol.

Sabao Spray:
Mercury strains really hard to create a bubble in her hands before pushing it at her enemies, causing it to burst releasing either more bubbles (that don't really do much) or an effect similar to turning on the air conditioner on high.

Did you notice she also includes Movements from Volleyball? That moment when she crosses her arms before she lets the bubbles loose looks suspiciously like a certain kind of smashed ball attack. I only got the reference recently because they are re-airing the series on Sundays back-to-back with Attack No.1.

Sabão Spray is a problematic name because it mixes a Portuguese word, Sabão, with an English one, Spray; again Spray can be considered a neologism in Portuguese. In any event, “Sabão Spray” does not make sense to me.

It makes no difference in Japanese since both are just borrowed foreign words, which difference of their origins is irrelevant in Japanese - it looks awkward only when they're presented in Romanized alphabets instead of katakana AND read by English or Portuguese speakers. lol

I don't think it's ever mentioned how powerful the SWP is in the Japanese version but considering Jupiter is considered to be the most powerful of the Inners on the pure raw power scale, it wouldn't surprise me that her power-up is 10X the power of her original attack especially since instead of concentrating lightning into her antenna and discharging it, she gathers lightning into her palms and molds it into a stable orb of thunder energy and keeps charging it up.

I wish Sailor Moon had a data book to explain the attacks and henshins' power-ups.

For example, the Jupiter Oak Evolution is kinda difficult to understand - it's starts as a lightning-based attack, there are leaves, the orbs seem to be pure energy...
In the manga I think it's supposed to be vines? I remember there were some weird ectoplasmic style energy vines around her...
I always hope the Oak Evolution to be reworked into something similar to Cure Flora's ultimate.

Galactica Planet Attack starts off when Sailor Venus absorbed Moon's attack and the 8 brainwashed Senshi surrounded Sailor Moon all of them lend down their powers into one. All of they shouting "Galactica Planet Attack!". This bright light beam attack bashed onto Sailor Moon, destroying her tiare and her wings and she fell to the ground, weak and failed to stop Galaxia's puppets.

Mamoru could have been a badass, male empowered character in the Black Moon arc (Manga/Crystal)…

but Naoko Takeuchi ultimately decided to have him manipulated and brainwashed by Black Lady.

My comment applies only to the manga and Crystal. Mamoru was as empowered as any other senshi and he hurt Rubeus and destroyed Emeraude with his Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber attack. He could have been a hero, but he was ultimately brainwashed by Black Lady.

I don’t remember R and don’t know what happens to him in R.

Starlights

Star Serious Lazer: Star Fighter draws energy into her star shaped weapon, and it shoots a laser that explodes on contact.

Star Gentle Uterus: Star Maker draws immense amounts of energy from her uterus into her star weapon. It shoots several spherical balls of energy that loudly explode.

Sailor Jupiter

Supreme Thunder: Sailor Jupiter calls upon Jupiter [the planet] to summon clouds and create lightning that comes down to collect insider of her tiara's antennae. She is able to release the lightning using her hands. It has been shown that if she generates enough lightning it can generate an immense amount of light that will be proceeded by an Enormous lightning bolt.

Sparkling Wide Pressure: Jupiter draws electricity into her hand and forms it into a stable lightning ball that's apparently 10 times stronger than the average Supreme Thunder. Jupiter's rose earrings seems to have some type of effect on this attack. It's also able to penetrate concrete.

Oak Evolution: Jupiter twirls around releasing several green orbs of energy.

Flower Hurricane ???: Jupiter shoots a swirling blast of flower petals and green energy.

Also I think in the Cosmos movies Jupiter uses her Oak Evolution attack against Aluminum Siren's attack I think or I am wrong
