Well, considering that Cure Wing, the first official male Pretty Cure to join the team and Cure Butterfly, who is an 18 year old Cure. Id say that if Pretty Cure keeps doing these "inventive" things for their own series I think (or assume) it will be great for the niche. They seem to be willing to try things out and take a risk.

Pretty Cure seems to take everything I want Sailor Moon to do and does it a tad bit better visual wise. Well, except for the boy Cures. I don't really care much about boys being "magical" or anything but it's still interesting to say the least that they have an actual male cure on the team.

I think I am more curious about Cure Butterfly, the adult. I wonder if she is like the old Zakuro from Tokyo Mew Mew?

I haven't really watched much of Pretty Cure but I'm starting to reconsider now that Sailor Moon might be coming to an end after Cosmos and Pretty Cure keeps on expanding. Can't lie this is a cool transformation for a boy cure.

Well, we do already have a male Sailor Senshi pretty long time ago:

Mamoru? Well...at least the anime did give him a transformation where he throws his hat.

I was looking at the new Pretty Cure and this is from just an episode...I thought it was a movie... Bare with me on being amazed. Sailor Moon is really the only anime I actively watch tbh so this looks good to me. I would hope that all scenes of Cosmos are this nice. I really love the OST..it sounds really dynamic.

I was imagining this was Jupiter with a thunder punch.. hehehehe.

And instead of saying I've been purified..the monster screams "CLEANSING!!":creeper:

It's better to keep it as it is. There is an old saying that goes like this:

either you die a good cartoon or run long enough to become the modern Simpsons.

Yes, be it the henshin, attack or the battle scene was quite well done and animated!
I'm glad they made his henshin focusing on his cuteness while still keeping some masculine features such as the thumbs up and the fist on the heart.

I'm very interested to see what they'll do for Cure Butterfly.

* And I'm praying to the Moon for individual formes and episodes upgrades like in the good old times*

If you want to get into Precure, the first 3 seasons seasons are a good start especially Yes 5 - it has even a sequel series and has heavy Sailor Moon Classic vibes.
Other must-see seasons are Heartcatch and Go Princess.
Suite, Doki Doki and Smile are good seasons to try too.
Happiness Charge might be a good try also - it's movie is top recommended.

Just don't start with Delicious Party which was the previous season.

Exactly. Its cute but has a masculine approach to it so are Toei looking to include boys in their advertising for Pretty Cure? Despite me not being interested in magical boys I am a lil excited about him...lol

I think Sailor Moon Crystal Season 1 & 2 were heading in the right direction with the transformations since now that I think about it those transformations captured the essence of being immersed in the transformation at all angles. For example, Mars spinning in her flames and then the camera does a bottom view before shooting upwards or something.

The animation in those transformations actually look like some Pretty Seasons also but I do wish the actual girl designs were similar to what we saw with the Cosmos trailer clips.

For a while now, Toei has been tip-toeing into actually creating a male Cure.
In Hugtto Precure (an anniversary season), we DO actually get the first male Cure in the franchise - Cure Infini (who's also heavily implied to be LGBT); but he's a side character and gains his transformation at the very end of the season.
In Delicious Party, we have Black Pepper a sorta Tuxedo Kamen-like character who has a transformation jewel and is part of the team.
The season before Hugtto, Kira Kira a la Mode, we even had the first unofficial male Cure in Pikario who was officially later given the name Cure Waffles.

So Toei has been entertaining the thought of having male Cures for a good while now. I don't know if in the future they intend to have a full magical boy series like they are doing Otona Precures but it seems they are leaving the door open for it.

The Crystal 1&2 had dynamic camera movements because of the 3D. Take a look over fighting games such as the Naruto Storm, DB FighterZ, Guilty Gear or GranBlue Fantasy Versus games - they all have this dynamic camera movement.

It's more likely they're planning to add one male Cure in future teams. That said, it depends on the reception

In Kamen Rider, regular Female Kamen Riders were non-existent until a few years ago (even in pretty big teams). However, it is now becoming common to have one regular Female Kamen Rider each season.

Cool. I would expect them to follow a similar pattern since Toei is one of the pioneers of Super Sentai I assume. It was a great idea to cross the genres over and push them to a new level of entertainment.

I've also seen snippets of their live action Idol × Warrior Miracle Tunes..which can be a lil cheesy but is mostly really cute and catchy.

I would personally would love to see entirely new content of Sailor Moon. Like more background of Sailor Galaxia and many other character exclusive to manga Stars. Also Queen Serenity.

It be nice if Naoko would penned a new story arc that off canon to the original story arcs.
