Taiki: MAKER STAR POWER!
Seiya: FIGHTER STAR POWER!
Yaten: SAILOR STAR POWER!

I double checked and Yaten correctly calls out "HEALER STAR POWER" in the original Nakayoshi version, so Naoko added this mistake for some baffling reason while "editing" the manga for the re-release.
Just wow! :megaoh: Are you sure that's not for a "spot the mistake" game held by Kodansha for readers to win a prize of Sailor Moon keychain?

In which manga release is the error present?
The error seems to only be present in the tankobon (just checked). I'm guessing Naoko, Osabu, or some other editor had a brain lapse and thought the katakana for "hi" should have been the katakana for "se," but at least they caught the mistake for the shinsoban and kanzenban.

The katakana for "hi": ヒ
The katakana for "se": せ
So your guess might be true. :)

From Act 12: The Moon Stick goes from being in Usagi's left hand in the first panel to her right hand in the second. (Obviously she could have always swapped which hand she was holding it in, but 1) Why? and 2) Without showing us her doing that, it still comes off as a continuity error.)

^ If such errors happen in a live-action show, it's more understandable because a continuous scene could be shot in separate takes & someone (actors &/or staff) could've forgotten some details in the previous shot while no one has given a heads up - in fact, it's a pretty common thing & happens even in A-list productions, & fans always love to point it out for fun. lol But it's more difficult to happen in a manga, especially on the same page, because the manga writer has sole, total, & direct control of everything on their work - s/he's both the actors & staff.

I think the Tankoubon of Dreams and Stars shows Takeuchi's frustrations with the anime staff for Sailor Stars.

I think Naoko ruined the last two arcs in the Tankoubon just because she is angry that TOEI did not approve her plans with Igarashi for Stars.
