I was thinking about the 3rd season of Fruits Basket, Neherenia Arc and Sailor Moon Eternal when I drawn this.

This is my drawing of the scenario of the plans of Naoko Takeuchi.
Accrording to the Materials Collections, One of Takeuchi's idea/plans for the 90s Anime and Manga she never put in the manga was for Galaxia to be Sailor Chaos and completely evil and she becomes Sailor Chaos when she takes off her bracelets and no redemption.

The backstory of this is Sailor Cosmos is forced to fight Sailor Moon(Chibiusa) under the control of Chaos and Sailor Chaos herself and can't bring herself to fight her own daughter.
