His Name is Joeseph [When I 1st wrote him, I forgot Joseph wasn't spelled with an e but by the time I realized I was too used to it so...] I call him Joe for short.

No actual reason in-universe. I wanted to practice drawing my own characters, but I kept having problems determining what for one reason or another. Eventually I thought "What if I tried drawing them as Sailor Moon characters. That sounds kinda fun." So, I did, it actually helped me feel motivated.
