I have a hotel reservation in Baltimore that weekend, but I'm not 100% sure I'm going because we're also going to Vegas that week and the boyfriend doesn't want to spend 2 days in Baltimore before Vegas, Lol.

I've powered up since then, got the whole Power Moon Tiare finally. We can take over the DBZ/Sailor Moon panel with our powers combine! I will bring my tambo but probably will just have one of the hearts with me.

I hear that they are having a pre-festival on Thursday night, maybe some of us can meet up after badge pickup? Imagine if they have Sailor Moon badges this year, unlikely but I would be so happy if they did.

I thought that was in the afternoon, but if there's an evening/night one, I'm up for a meetup at the festival. And if there isn't one, I remember last year a couple places had some special events to attract the Otakon crowd so I'm sure we can all find somewhere to hang out for the night.

I wish they could close the block in front of the convention center for a few hours at least. People drive crazy down there. I just heard about the festival from a friend of mine but did not get any details yet.

I'm bringing the aforementioned PGSM Mars and possibly Esmeraude again (just cause she's fun). I think I will do Swimsuit Usagi even though I've done it so much just because it's comfortable and people get such a kick out of it! xD

I'm getting into Baltimore kind of late on Thursday night (I think my flight arrives 8PM or something?) so I'm going to have to figure out how I'm getting from the airport to the hotel. The light rail still goes downtown right? If so, at least that will get me to that area. Maybe I can go right to the convention center to drop off my stuff at the alley so I don't have to drag it all to the hotel with me. T__T
