Who is that green haired guy? , the first time i saw him i thought he was an OC .

In the video he says that he is called Nirvana , so i googled : Nirvana 90 anime character. But he does not appear .

I am just wondering if his anime is lost media or something like that.

After a few visual searches it seems he's from a show called: "Super Bikkuriman"

I don't think that 2nd video was properly translated at all.

Oh! I remember this video!

It would be so cool to have a proper version of it, the colors seem different so I wonder if they didn't recolor them digitally or if it's a remaster (it's uncropped unlike the movies) - regardless it's a really unique footage!
