Looks like she's being sandwiched & groped (that hand on the lower part of her belly) in that pic (her right hand is also being grabbed by Minako's & hence can't move freely) - Mako's left hand also seems to be advancing toward her belly, & Moon is showing a victory sign, perhaps for their successful gang-assault on her? :cthulhu: It must be a hentai fanart. :ninja:
