I guess that thats what she did at 0,37 .

Ironically , that power is not canon in the version of the another one ,tiger eye never used that technique in the manga and Tin Nyanko never used it in the 90s anime.

My random fact is that in every home media version of the sailor moon R movie , there is a technical glitch during Rei’s Akuryo Taisen while they are attempting to go to school.

The screen literally pixelates like a corrupted file. It’s on the Japanese master, Italian master , and pioneer DVDs. It’s a split second where the scrolls swirling around her just bug out , can’t figure out how that exists except that maybe the R movie had lots of digital post production that got baked into the film print.

As far as I know nobody has ever commented on it- I thought that when they released the Japanese Blu-ray’s it would be cleaned but it must just be inherent to the source , which amuses me given 1993.

I don't see it in this clip even in slow motion. Is there a missing frame?

Interesting to note if you watch it in .25x, you can see the ofuda are not actually drawn on the individual flower zombie people. They track incorrectly sometimes. Not sure if it's due to a mistake when they were overlaying cels or what.
