Cosmos does not want to have Usagi destroy the Garden Crystal, she has that choice but did not do it. She either wants Usagi to destroy the Cauldron or just for the history to remain similar.

Cosmos wants peace why not prevent Usagi from jumping to the Cauldron in the first place?

So the original timeline where Sailor Cosmos comes from is where Kakyuu meets Usagi directly and the Outers were allowed to join in the journey to Zero Star Sagittarius which means that the Senshi were able to reach Galaxia's castle sooner but the Star Gardeners killed the other Senshi besides Sailor Moon before she reaches Galaxia's Castle which would allow Galaxia to revive the other Sol Senshi into golems and Galaxia is hurled and melted into the Cauldron by Chaos before Sailor Moon jumped to the Cauldron and there is no attempt to destroy the earth by Galaxia in that timeline...she had it easier the first time around.

...No wonder why Cosmos wanted to test her past self...

The MoTD in the early episodes are more horror-like and less childish than the later ones, particularly the daimons. I'm trying to write a story with multiple of them and it's pretty interesting to see how they changed over time.

Sorry if this is gonna sound to much fanboy by my part , but since in this thread there are various comments about tha voice actors , here i come.
The Latin spanish voice actor of Mamorou , who have already 55 years old , will do the voice of a character of a yaoi anime that will premiere this month , I am too excited!!!!!!!!! I AM GOING TO HEAR THE VOICE OF MAMOROU IN A YAOI .
