Somehow like the new transformation and glad it's not a copy paste from Stars. But I found the end of it extremely "sexualise" with big breasts etc... is it just me ??

Why are some people already speaking about two moon transformations? because of previous trailer?
Moon's got a vajayja bigger than 90s Mercury, I'm quite impressed I must say.

I don't have any issues with that. People who have issues with that it's because they see it from a sexual point of view when it's totally the opposite: We come in this world naked and our natural form is with no clothes on so... it's the point they meant to use: Usagi is alone, with no weapons ( Galaxia destroyed both the wand and the sword ), no material stuff over her. Her most pure form and her only way left to fight.

Also: she was naked before several years ago in the same show. In the 2nd R opening you can see her totally naked ( with boobs + ass ), same with the S one, the SuperS opening, etc... How was people surprised to see her naked in the ep 200? xD
I think it's quite innocent to think she appeared naked for half an episode because they wanted to show how pure she was.
It was fanservice. Like "this is the last you'll see of her. Watch your waifu naked."

I have no problems with nudity. On the contrary, I think we should celebrate it, and of course celebrate sex!! Nudity and sex is life!!

Anyway....

If Usagi has two transformation sequences that means there'll be a third one? Usagi transforms three times in the manga.

I really like this transformation sequence (my favourite of CrystErMos, 3rd favourite overall of Usagi's), but there's quite a lot that I find strange/weird/lazy about it.

Going in chronological order:
• The effects for the moon bindi shot (for lack of a better term) could have been used to actually make it appear, instead just glimmer and shine.
• The blonde hair/energy body is looks cool, but it creates another aesthetical inconsistency in the series, the opposite of what we need.
• I don't understand why they couldn't just fully "complete" the glove instead of having it pulled off screen by an invisible force.
• There's an animation error with Usagi's feet where the silhouette of the boot appears prematurely (similar to Mars Planet Power, Make Up).
• What's the point of the ribbons going up the whole leg solely to make the boots knee-high.
• The red ribbons appear out of nowhere, when they should have materialized either with the wings or with the leotard and skirt.
• Seeing Usagi only wearing her gloves and boots feels like a bad attempt at fanservice. Previous transformations have the leotard appear first, most likely for that reason.
• The last zoom in on the face could have been used for the earrings and hair accessories instead of having the bindi shine uselessly once again.

It's not like there weren't mishaps in the 90s.
When her gloves appear in Crystal Power, her hand suddently changes positions in a way it would make Crystal I proud, and her eyes and Chibimoon's look MESSY at the end of Moon Crisis. Let's be realistic and understand this is the Toei we all know and.... love?

I think I find weird looking that her hair and eyebrows are already blonde in the transformation, instead of the "energy" texture of the rest of her body.
I'm not too sure but I really think this is a creative choice based on the eyecatches from Sailor Moon Crystal S1/2. The hair itself has a very "pastel" look. This is what it reminds me of. It doesn't bother me too much though. I kinda like it to be honest.

Is it possible that she is taking a bow? I had this inpression after rewatching the sequence a few times
Yup, that's pretty much how's it intended to be perceived.

The hair not being in 'cosmic' state is apparently the new schema for the henshins - Kakyuu and Chibi-Moon are of the same type.
Chibi-Moon looks really weird with her open eyes :quagmire:
Probably Chibi-Chibi will be likewise too.
Which makes me wonder if they'll have Chib's pull out a Super movie Luna and give her a similar henshin into Cosmos

Eternal, too, started (or at least tried to) a new trend in the henshins...that they quickly dropped for the Outers.
It's very subtle but the girls have their manga hair colors during their henshin - Moon has a silvery blue glow to her hair, Chibi-Moon has pink and the Inners have respectively blue, magenta, green and orange on their hair that are different to their body colors.

You are right, I noticed it in Kakyuu's and Chibi Moon's too, but somehow the blond hair against blue background make it weirder to me. I'll get used to it. I understand it's the new style but... the transformation we saw in the previous trailer has the hair and body in the same texture, lol. One of the reasons I like it more
