Sidney Deng's message on that illustration read "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos, Netflix Anime Broadcast!! June 9, First Part. June 30, Final Part", so it made it sound as if those were the broadcast dates, something that would be nearly impossible. The fact that he immediately deleted the post is suspicious... I think it makes sense Netflix would distribute the movies but he messed up not only by mentioning as if it had already been announced to everyone, but also by writing those dates down.
Put me in the tap dance lovin' camp, I like those Starlight transformation a lot. I know they're different from the normal style of transformations that even Kakyuu got, but I feel like that's the point, Kakyuu represents Kinmoku (Kinmoku Star Power) while the Starlights embody more abstract concepts, so I think it fits that their transformations wouuld be different. The music is good as well, not 90s anime good but that's to be expected.
