Gosh, I'm so mad :( I can't believe the films were available online for a while and I missed it. Did you guys manage to watch them? Where? I've been looking everywhere, can't find anything.
Same here. I'd like to watch it too...

Does anyone have a link to DM me?

If I manage to find them somewhere, I'll let you know! Perhaps someone has managed to download them? Unfortunately, for now I am left with short scenes on YT to watch. *sniff*

I love the Eternal Sailor Moon transformation the most. I love how they change up the order of her clothing, the uniqueness and creativity is amazing. Also it's the only transformation that felt like it holds a symbolic meaning. The fact that she get her outfit on last shows her vulnerability then she claps her hands to put on her armor but despite this she crouches swirling around feeling beaten then stop with the broken swan pose showing her grief but snap back up with battle cry determination in her eyes.

Strange thing about Hotaru at Usagi's wedding. Usagi got married at the age of 22. Why is Hotaru still a child then?

It’s hilarious how Otona Precure concluded today and the final episode and entire series was a thousand times worse than Cosmos or even Eternal despite also being a solo Deen production. I know I keep bringing Otona up, but considering how the clowns in this fandom keep coming up with deranged theories that this reboot’s problems are all a result of pooooor Toei’s exasperation with that evil wench Naoko’s meddling. That if Naoko stopped insisting on them covering the manga, they would create the reboot/sequel of ‘90s anime fans’ dreams with hundreds of episodes and beautiful animation… Meanwhile Precure is their biggest magical girl series currently and for its 20th Anniversary they crammed the cast of three different seasons into 12 episodes into a poorly done version of Tokyo Mew Mew’s environmentalist story. Precure is an original Toei property so they could have come up with a spectacular sequel for adult fans who grew up with the series…

But, no, keeping telling me this reboot’s problems fall squarely on Naoko.

This reboot is so sugar-coated in the violence department & actual damage on the Senshi and I don't understand why honestly.
Well since you put it that way, when Kakyuu was about to be stabbed I fully expected them to show something to indicate it going right through her, if not onscreen, through something like a shadow.

I also like the Senshi disintegrating instead of melting. It's "tastefully graphic." I found Venus and Mars more "graphic"....more so because they were screaming.

Plus this type of demise fits really well with Sailor Moon jumping to the cauldron. Probably gonna talking about that scene a lot as it was my favorite from both movies.

It's right up there with how Kon handled the battle against Pharaoh 90 and all the Senshi used their powers and worked together. I probably consider that (imo) one of the best scenes in the entire Crystermos legacy.

Actually that song is a mix of previous melodies from the previous Crystal seasons. It has new parts from Cosmos but some melodies are from other seasons.
That would make sense as I keep thinking to myself Ive heard this before (transformations music..etc).

I wonder what changed behind-the-scenes that they were finally not forced to completely censor the deaths/violence in the manga? It’s even more wild that the flashback of Saphir choking Usagi doesn’t even technically exist in Crystal because Season 2 also censored it…

I'm imagining if they kept the shitennou deaths as they happen in the manga.

Jadeite burned alive. And he wouldn't have faded/turned to dust as his corpse is shown later.

Nephrite electrocuted and similarly corpsified.

Zoicite chopped up alive. Corpse also preserved later.

Kunzite seemingly is fully disintegrated though... so Queen Beryl it seems, after getting stabbed.

Also nice to know it’s apparently OK to post gifs that’s supposed to represent manga/Crystal fans getting slapped!
Yup it's nice to know that the mods here are ok with enabling this behavior. This is why I barely post here.

I think Hotaru has the same inexplicably-stopped-aging-as-a-little-girl disease as Chibiusa.
That's actually a (rare) disorder IRL too, so it's not necessarily due to some magical/fictional causes nor entirely made up by Takeuchi, who might've heard about it during her professional training back then, e.g. hormone drugs. lol
