Do we have news about BR sales in japan ?
81,190,190 YEN according to Erzat Blog.

Japan Top 10 Weekly Anime Blu-ray and DVD Sales Ranking: December 18 – December 24, 2023 - Erzat

What's really interesting is the additional informations section:

"Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon was last seen with its previous film, “Eternal Movie” selling a total of 7,946 copies in its first five days for the Blu-ray’s Limited Edition and DVD’s Limited and Regular Editions between June 28 and July 4, 2021.

Including its DVD’s Limited Edition on its own chart below, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Cosmos Movie have sold 7,194 copies. In total, with all of its other editions combined, the film has sold slightly more than 9,000 copies in its first five days.

Also, please note that there are plenty of store exclusive releases that may or may not be counted for the film here."

Is that good? How well do movies from other popular franchises sell there on home video? How does Eternal/Cosmos compare to them?

Regarding the Japanese script, when I watched the films with the scripts. There are missing transcribed dialogues.

For example when Sailor Moon says it's not Neptune. She also says "this devastating attack", this is not written although it is spoken.
In Japanese she says: This devastating attack... It's not Neptune.

There is a viral post now in Latin American FB groups where people are sharing a screenshot from a post in a group called Sailor Moon Unlimited.

I’d take this a grain of salt but basically says that a friend that works in Netflix told them that Toei asked 3 times the price for Cosmos compared to Eternal and basically Netflix said no until recently.

While this may or not be true I do think Toei demanded more money and Netflix just said nah, we’ll buy it after the blu ray leaks or after a year has passed for cheap.

And I think Toei might be fine with this instead of handling marketing for each country and coordinate releases they prefer one big check from a single source and do nothing, just profit.

I was wondering here…

if TOEI closed the deal with Netflix, then it doesn’t really matter to them because (I assume) they will be getting money from Netflix.

Yes, according to the post the deal is closed and Netflix paid Toei for the movies. It does match with Tuxedo’s VA recording lines in December just as the deal was closed.

We will never know the amount but I think it will be a lot less that toei asked. It’s really disgusting how toei doesn’t care a little about the international fans and now they will lose a lot of money with it. I bet we will see less languages dubs because of that as well.

I don’t think it specific TOEI, Japanese culture is just like that. It’s them and the rest of the world.
