So boring. By Tadano herself? Sailor Moon looks best though. That's...unusual. I'm glad the movie is so inconsistent, so we'll get better character frames than this.

I actually like them ?
Neptune is a bit bland but the other are fine, even Pluto has a somewhat different facial expression. Not groundbreaking but okay I guess.

These are new for Cosmos. Moon and Chibi Moon were already seen some days ago but the Outer senshi in this quality it's the first time. The inners also have their arts but have only been seen in low resolution.

The artist had originally forgotten to draw the shoulder pads for them, hence rendering them like Mercury, & then hastily (kinda) adding the pads back on them after someone pointing that out in the very last moment.

The artist added them in the wrong place though, they are meant to cover the shoulders. lol

Yukie's main problem is the head being too big tbh
I did a quick fix in photoshop and it looks kinda good

Also, fun fact it seems Yukie never retracted or fixed her art in digital, you can see all was drawn with pencils and then scanned.
