Seems like the hardest character to draw is Moon, followed by Muh…Mars.

I don’t really know why. It was never a problem until the reboot. Maybe they struggle reinterpreting her precisely because she’s so iconic. For Cosmos they seem to be having her the ‘serene’ and ‘droopy eye’ look that’s usually reserved for characters like Ami or Serenity. That being said they also gave her the Mars cat eye recently so who knows at this point. I’ve given up at any hope of consistency.

Same with Ami. You couldn’t think short hair would cause them much trouble but her hair differs -so- much. Even in the 90s anime.

Tadano can do dynamic. Look at the 90’s art. She just seems not to do it anymore for whatever reason.

I didn’t say that I like it/his faces/the dorito skirt, but his bodies at least have some curves that give the eternal fuku some lightness and elegance.

Also, I know I'm very picky at this point, but despite looking more detailed and beautiful, I keep seeing some error, such as Sailor Venus missing the eyelashes in one of her eyes.

Since is a movie, there shouldn't be any noticeable errors; just like the Dragon Ball Super movie from 2018. It came from the same company, but at least it didn't had any noticeable errors.

The good thing is that now Saturn looks more badass than before, and at least from what I saw from the last trailer, the animation is more fluid with more details as well.

And not just that error for Venus. Such relatively minor errors are more acceptable on a TV screen (unless it's a large or projected one), but less so on a huge silver screen.

It would be more Sailor Moon if the background had some sort of moving gradient in the center, but it‘s great she gets an attack!

IMO face was fine; its little off from character design sheet but its not error-wise bad its just little different; most if time i like face of that merch artist draws on Usa
(and again fixing professional's work when you worked with studio is so unethical of him; he shouldnt do it on his main account atleast)
